The invention claimed is: 1. A compound, wherein said compound is: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A compound, wherein said compound is: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. A method of treating a neurological or psychiatric disease or disorder selected from bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, Alzheimer's Disease with agitation, Alzheimer's Disease with aggression or Alzheimer's Disease with agitation aggression in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound selected from: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 4. A method of treating bipolar disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 5. A method of treating anxiety in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 6. A method of treating depression in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 7. A method of treating Alzheimer's Disease with agitation in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 8. A method of treating Alzheimer's Disease with aggression in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 9. A method of treating Alzheimer's Disease with agitation aggression in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 10. The compound according to claim 2 , wherein said compound is greater than 90% enantiomerically pure. 11.
