A display device includes a substrate, a plurality of pixels above the substrate, each of the pixels including a light emitting element, a display region including the plurality of pixels, a thin film transistor which each of the plurality of pixels includes, a protective film including a first inorganic insulating material and located between the thin film transistor and the light emitting element, a sealing film including a second inorganic insulating material and covering the light emitting element, and at least one through hole located in the display region and passing through the substrate, the protective film, and the sealing film, wherein the second inorganic insulating material is in direct contact with the protective film in a first region located between the through hole and the pixels.

What is claimed is: 1. A display device comprising: a substrate; a plurality of pixels above the substrate, each of the pixels including a light emitting element; a display region including the plurality of pixels; a thin film transistor which each of the plurality of pixels includes; a protective film including a first inorganic insulating material and located between the thin film transistor and the light emitting element; a sealing film including a second inorganic insulating material and covering the light emitting element; and at least one through hole located in the display region and passing through the substrate, the protective film, and the sealing film, wherein the second inorganic insulating material is in direct contact with the protective film in a first region located between the through hole and the pixels. 2. The display device according to claim 1 , further comprising a planarizing film including an organic insulating material and located between the protective film and the thin film transistor, wherein the planarizing film includes an end part in the first region, and the protective film contacts the end part of the planarizing film. 3. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the protective film includes an end part in the first region, and the sealing film contacts the end part of the protective film. 4. The display device according to claim 1 , further comprising an interlayer insulating film exposing a part of the thin film transistor, wherein the thin film transistor is connected to a source electrode and a drain electrode, the interlayer insulating film is located between the source electrode and the thin film transistor, and between the drain electrode and the thin film transistor, and the sealing film contacts an end part of the protective film, an end part of the interlayer insulating film, and an end part of the substrate in the first region. 5. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the substrate has flexibility. 6. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the first region includes a second region and a third region located at an outer side of the second region, the second region contacts an outer periphery of the through hole and has a part where the sealing film and the protective film are in direct contact, the third region includes a convex part projecting in a direction from the substrate towards the sealing film, and the convex part is covered by the protective film and the sealing film. 7. A display device comprising: a substrate; a plurality of pixels above the substrate, each of the pixels including a light emitting element; a display region including the plurality of pixels; a sealing film covering the light emitting element and including a first inorganic insulating layer, an organic insulating layer, and a second inorganic insulating layer; and a through hole located in the display region and passing through the substrate and the sealing film, wherein the light emitting element, the first inorganic insulating layer, the organic insulating layer, and the second inorganic insulating layer are stacked in this order, and the first inorganic insulating film is in contact with the second inorganic insulating film in a first region located between the through hole and the pixels. 8. The display device according to claim 7 , further comprising: a thin film transistor which each of the plurality of pixels includes; a source electrode and a drain electrode connected to the thin film transistor; a protective film including an inorganic insulating material and located between the thin film transistor and the light emitting element; and an interlayer insulating film exposing a part of the thin film transistor and located between the source electrode and the thin film transistor, and between the drain electrode and the thin film transistor, wherein the first inorganic insulating film contacts an end part of the protective film, an end part of the interlayer insulating film, and an end part of the substrate in the first region, and the second inorganic insulating film covers the end part of the protective film, the end part of the interlayer insulating film and the end part of the substrate via the first inorganic insulating film in the first region. 9. The display device according to claim 7 , further comprising: a thin film transistor which each of the plurality of pixels includes; a source electrode and a drain electrode connected to the thin film transistor; a protective film including an inorganic insulating material and located between the thin film transistor and the light emitting element; and an interlayer insulating film exposing a part of the thin film transistor and located between the source electrode and the thin film transistor, and between the drain electrode and the thin film transistor, wherein the first inorganic insulating film contacts an end part of the protective film in the first region, and the second inorganic insulating film covers the end part of the protective film, and contacts an end part of the first inorganic insulating film, an end part of the interlayer insulating film, and an end part of the substrate in the first region. 10. The display device according to claim 7 , wherein the first region includes a second region and a third region located at an outer side of the second region, the second region contacts an outer periphery of the through hole and has a part where the first inorganic insulating film and the second inorganic insulating film are in direct contact, the third region includes a convex part projecting in a direction from the substrate towards the sealing film, and the convex part is covered by the first inorganic insulating film and the second inorganic insulating film. 11. The display device according to claim 10 , wherein the convex part is located along the outer periphery of the through hole. 12. The display device according to claim 10 , wherein the convex part includes a first convex part and a second convex part located between the first convex part and the plurality of pixels. 13. The display device according to claim 10 , further comprising: a thin film transistor which each of the plurality of pixels includes; a protective film including an inorganic insulating material and located between the thin film transistor and the light emitting element; and a planarization film including an organic insulating material and located between the protective film and the thin film transistor, wherein the convex part is a same layer as the planarization film and is formed of a same material as the planarization film, and the protective film covers the convex part. 14. The display device according to claim 13 , wherein a bank demarcating the plurality of pixels is located in the display region, and the convex part is covered by a film which is a same layer as the bank and is formed of a same material as the bank. 15. The display device according to claim 7 , wherein the first region includes a fourth region where an organic insulating film does not locate above the substrate. 16. The display device according to claim 15 , wherein the fourth region includes an end surface exposed by the through hole. 17. The display device according to claim 15 , wherein the fourth region encloses the through hole. 18. The display device according to claim 7 , wherein a dummy pixel is arranged adjacent to the first region. 19. A display device comprising: a display panel having a substrate and
