The invention claimed is: 1. A two-wheeled vehicle, comprising: a frame comprising a main frame portion having an internal generally closed volume, and having an air intake adjacent a front end of the main frame portion and an air outlet rearward of the air intake, the air intake and the air outlet communicating through the internal generally closed volume, wherein the main frame portion includes a steering head tube at a front end thereof, and the air intake is positioned below the head tube; a plurality of ground-engaging members for supporting the frame; an engine having at least a first cylinder including a first intake port and a first exhaust port; a transmission operably coupled to the engine; and an engine intake assembly positioned laterally outward of the engine and coupled between the air outlet and the engine, the engine intake assembly including a duct coupled to an air cleaner and a throttle coupled to the first intake port. 2. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the engine comprises a second cylinder including a second intake port and a second exhaust port. 3. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 2 , wherein the throttle is coupled to the first and second intake ports. 4. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the main frame portion is a unitary cast member. 5. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the engine is fluidly coupled to the main frame member. 6. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 1 , wherein the air outlet is spaced apart from a rear wall of the internal generally closed volume. 7. A two-wheeled vehicle, comprising: a frame comprising a main frame portion having an internal generally closed volume, and having an air intake adjacent a front end of the main frame portion and an air outlet rearward of the air intake; a plurality of ground-engaging members for supporting the frame; an engine having first and second cylinders including a first intake port and a first exhaust port, the engine being mechanically coupled to the main frame portion; and an engine air/fuel assembly positioned on an exterior of the main frame portion and being coupled between the air outlet and the engine, the engine air/fuel assembly being configured to receive air from the air intake of the main frame portion and provide air to the main frame portion at a position upstream of the air outlet of the main frame portion. 8. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 7 , wherein the engine air/fuel assembly includes a duct, an air cleaner coupled to the duct, and a throttle coupled to the first and second intake ports. 9. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 7 , wherein the main frame portion includes a steering head tube at a front end thereof, and the air intake is positioned below the head tube. 10. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 7 , wherein the main frame portion is a unitary cast member. 11. A two-wheeled vehicle, comprising: a frame comprising a main frame portion having an air intake adjacent a front end of the main frame portion, an air outlet rearward of the air intake, and a first internal generally closed volume generally extending between the air intake and the air outlet; a plurality of ground-engaging members for supporting the frame; an engine having at least a first cylinder including a first intake port and a first exhaust port; a transmission operably coupled to the engine; and an air intake assembly having an air box externally coupled to the main frame portion and a filter positioned within one of the air box or the main frame portion, and the air box has a second internal generally closed volume, wherein air within the first internal generally closed volume is directed outward from the main frame portion and into the second internal generally closed volume, and the air intake and the air outlet communicate through the second internal generally closed volume. 12. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 11 , wherein the main frame portion includes a steering head tube at a front end thereof, and the air intake is positioned below the head tube. 13. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 11 , wherein the air intake assembly further includes a duct fluidly coupled to the filter and a throttle coupled to the first intake port. 14. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 13 , wherein the engine comprises a second cylinder including a second intake port and a second exhaust port. 15. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 14 , wherein the throttle is coupled to the first and second intake ports. 16. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 11 , wherein the main frame portion is a unitary cast member. 17. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 11 , wherein the filter is positioned within the air box. 18. The two-wheeled vehicle of claim 17 , wherein the air box includes an outer cover and the filter is positioned along the outer cover.
