Provided is a secondary battery including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution. The nonaqueous electrolyte solution includes a boron compound having a quaternary structure expressed by Formula (1).

The invention is claimed as follows: 1. A secondary battery, comprising: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the nonaqueous electrolyte solution includes a boron compound having a quaternary structure expressed by Formula (3): wherein each of R3 to R6 represents any one of a hydrogen group, a halogen group, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group, the monovalent hydrocarbon group comprises a group in which two or more kinds of alkynyl groups are coupled so as to have one valence, and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group is a group in which at least one hydrogen group of the monovalent hydrocarbon group is substituted with a halogen group, and the halogen group includes at least one kind of group selected among a fluorine group (—F), a chlorine group (—Cl), a bromine group (—Br), and an iodine group (—I). 2. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the monovalent hydrocarbon group and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group have 1 to 10 carbon atoms, respectively. 3. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein an amount of the boron compound in the nonaqueous electrolyte solution is 0.01% by weight to 3% by weight. 4. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the secondary battery is a lithium secondary battery. 5. The secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein each of R3 to R6 represents any one of a hydrogen group, a halogen group, and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group. 6. A battery pack, comprising: a secondary battery; a control unit that controls an operation of the secondary battery; and a switch unit that switches the operation of the secondary battery in response to an instruction from the control unit, wherein the secondary battery includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the nonaqueous electrolyte solution includes a boron compound having a quaternary structure expressed by Formula (3): wherein each of R3 to R6 represents any one of a hydrogen group, a halogen group, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group, the monovalent hydrocarbon group comprises a group in which two or more kinds of alkynyl groups are coupled so as to have one valence, and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group is a group in which at least one hydrogen group of the monovalent hydrocarbon group is substituted with a halogen group, and the halogen group includes at least one kind of group selected among a fluorine group (—F), a chlorine group (—Cl), a bromine group (—Br), and an iodine group (—I). 7. An electrically driven vehicle, comprising: a secondary battery; a conversion unit that converts power supplied from the secondary battery into a driving force; a drive unit that drives in response to the drive force; and a control unit that controls an operation of the secondary battery, wherein the secondary battery includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the nonaqueous electrolyte solution includes a boron compound having a quaternary structure expressed by Formula (3): wherein each of R3 to R6 represents any one of a hydrogen group, a halogen group, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group, the monovalent hydrocarbon group comprises a group in which two or more kinds of alkynyl groups are coupled so as to have one valence, and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group is a group in which at least one hydrogen group of the monovalent hydrocarbon group is substituted with a halogen group, and the halogen group includes at least one kind of group selected among a fluorine group (—F), a chlorine group (—Cl), a bromine group (—Br), and an iodine group (—I). 8. A power storage system, comprising: a secondary battery; one or more electrical apparatuses to which power is supplied from the secondary battery; and a control unit that controls power supply to the electrical apparatuses from the secondary battery, wherein the secondary battery includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the nonaqueous electrolyte solution includes a boron compound having a quaternary structure expressed by Formula (3): wherein each of R3 to R6 represents any one of a hydrogen group, a halogen group, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group, the monovalent hydrocarbon group comprises a group in which two or more kinds of alkynyl groups are coupled so as to have one valence, and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group is a group in which at least one hydrogen group of the monovalent hydrocarbon group is substituted with a halogen group, and the halogen group includes at least one kind of group selected among a fluorine group (—F), a chlorine group (—Cl), a bromine group (—Br), and an iodine group (—I). 9. An electrically driven tool, comprising: a secondary battery; and a movable unit to which power is supplied from the secondary battery, wherein the secondary battery includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the nonaqueous electrolyte solution includes a boron compound having a quaternary structure expressed by Formula (3): wherein each of R3 to R6 represents any one of a hydrogen group, a halogen group, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group, the monovalent hydrocarbon group comprises a group in which two or more kinds of alkynyl groups are coupled so as to have one valence, and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group is a group in which at least one hydrogen group of the monovalent hydrocarbon group is substituted with a halogen group, and the halogen group includes at least one kind of group selected among a fluorine group (—F), a chlorine group (—Cl), a bromine group (—Br), and an iodine group (—I). 10. An electronic apparatus, comprising: a secondary battery as a power supply source, wherein the secondary battery includes: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the nonaqueous electrolyte solution includes a boron compound having a quaternary structure expressed by Formula (3): wherein each of R3 to R6 represents any one of a hydrogen group, a halogen group, a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group, the monovalent hydrocarbon group comprises a group in which two or more kinds of alkynyl groups are coupled so as to have one valence, and the monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon group is a group in which at least one hydrogen group of the monovalent hydrocarbon group is substituted with a halogen group, and the halogen group includes at least one kind of group selected among a fluorine group (—F), a chlorine group (—Cl), a bromine group (—Br), and an iodine group (—I).
