We claim: 1. A rolled tissue product comprising a multi-ply tissue product spirally wound into a roll, the multi-ply tissue product having a caliper greater than 600 μm and a Surface Smoothness S90 value less than 95 μm, wherein the rolled tissue product has a Roll Structure from about 1.2 to about 1.8. 2. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product has a Stiffness Index from about 4 to about 8. 3. The rolled tissue product claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product has a geometric mean slope less than about 10,000 grams per 76.2 mm sample width. 4. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product has a geometric mean stretch greater than about 10 percent. 5. The multi ply tissue rolled tissue product claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product has a basis weight from about 35 to about 45 gsm and a GMT from about 700 to about 1400 grams per 76.2 mm sample width. 6. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product has a Surface Smoothness Sa value less than about 25 μm and a Surface Smoothness Sq value less than about 40 μm. 7. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein at least one ply of the multi-ply tissue product comprises a through-air dried web. 8. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein at least one ply of the multi-ply tissue product comprises an uncreped through-air dried web. 9. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product comprises two plies and has a basis weight greater than about 35 gsm, a sheet bulk greater than about 15 cc/g and a Stiffness Index less than about 7. 10. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product comprises two plies and has a basis weight greater than about 35 gsm, a sheet bulk greater than about 15 cc/g and wherein the rolled tissue product has a Roll Firmness less than about 10 mm. 11. The rolled tissue product of claim 10 wherein the rolled tissue product has a Roll Firmness from about 8 to about 10 mm. 12. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product comprises two plies and has a caliper from 600 to about 1000 μm and a Surface Smoothness S90 from about 70 to 95 μm. 13. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein the multi-ply tissue product comprises two plies and wherein the rolled tissue product has a Roll Structure from 1.0 to about 2.0. 14. The rolled tissue product of claim 1 wherein each ply of the multi-ply tissue product comprises a through-air dried web having a three-dimensional wave-like surface topography. 15. The rolled tissue product of claim 14 wherein the three-dimensional wave-like surface topography has an amplitude ranging from about 10 to about 40 mm and a wavelength ranging from about 80 to about 120 mm. 16. A rolled tissue product comprising two tissue plies spirally wound into a roll, the two tissue plies having a basis weight greater than about 35 grams per square meter (gsm), a caliper greater than 600 μm, a sheet bulk greater than about 15 cc/g, a Stiffness Index less than about 7, and a Surface Smoothness S90 value less than 95 μm. 17. The rolled tissue product of claim 16 having a geometric mean slope less than about 10,000 grams per 76.2 mm sample width. 18. The rolled tissue product of claim 16 having a geometric mean stretch greater than about 10 percent. 19. The multi-ply tissue product of claim 16 having a basis weight from about 35 to about 45 gsm and a GMT from about 700 to about 1400 grams per 76.2 mm sample width.
