The invention claimed is: 1. A composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable amount of (S)-1-((2′,6-bis(difluoromethyl)-[2,4′-bipyridin]-5-yl)oxy)-2,4-dimethylpentan-2-amine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 2. A method for treating or managing a disease or a disorder mediated by AAK1 activity, the method comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of (S)-1-((2′,6-bis(difluoromethyl)-[2,4′-bipyridin]-5-yl)oxy)-2,4-dimethylpentan-2-amine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein a disease or disorder mediated by AAKI activity is pain. 3. The method of claim 2 wherein the pain is neuropathic pain. 4. The method of claim 3 wherein the neuropathic pain is fibromyalgia or peripheral neuropathy.
