I claim: 1. An LED bulb having at least one LED, comprising: an LED bulb body; an extendable part arranged to extend from and to be retracted into said LED bulb body wherein said LED bulb includes circuitry and an electronic unit which has at least one of (1) wireless communication by Bluetooth, internet network, Z-wave, or wifi; (2) a camera; (3) a sensor or switch to turn on and off, change, or select colors, brightness, or function of the LED bulb; (4) a remote control to turn on and off, change, or select colors, brightness, or function of the LED bulb; (5) an integrated circuit to turn on and off, change, or select colors, brightness, or function of the LED bulb; (6) a digital data recording device; (7) a storage device; (8) a camera flash/strobe light; and (9) a replay or display device; wherein the at least one LED is arranged in the LED bulb body or extendable part to offer illumination; and wherein the extendable part includes at least the electronic unit or the at least one LED, and extends from the LED bulb body to overcome a built-in or external blocking object that interferes with (aa) transmission and reception of wireless signals to and from said electronic unit or (bb) light emissions. 2. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising male plug-parts or a bulb-base having one of a screw type bulb base, a pin type bulb base, or a position-and-twist type bulb base with an elastic function. 3. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising stopper for stopping extension or retraction of said extendable part from the LED bulb body. 4. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a heat sink or ventilation fan for conducting heat to an outside of the LED bulb body. 5. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the LED bulb further includes at least one optics element for modifying light from said at least one LED, said at least one optics element including at least one of a concave, convex, or condensing lens, refractive and/or reflective lens, stencil, window, opening, cut-out, reflector, retro-reflector, adjustable focus mechanism, motor-gear-set assembly, clock movement assembly, and speed controller. 6. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the LED bulb fits into at least one of a desk lamp, table lamp, reading lamp, mirror lamp, floor lamp, wall lamp, outdoor lamp, indoor lamp, ceiling lamp, chandelier lamp, track lighting, garden lamp, seasonal lamp, and seasonal light string. 7. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the extendable part extends from at least one end. 8. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said circuitry is fitted within at least one compartment or space in said LED light device. 9. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said extendable part includes a circuit board on which said at least one LED is mounted. 10. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said LED bulb includes a male-plug or bulb-base includes an elastic contact construction that enables the LED bulb to be rotated to a selected orientation when the LED Bulb is plugged into a bulb socket, thereby enabling a sensor, wireless receiver, remote control receiver, Bluetooth receiver, IR or RF receiver, motion detector or camera in the LED bulb to be aimed in a desired direction. 11. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a lock to lock the extendable part in at least one predetermined extension position or length. 12. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one LED includes multiple LEDs having a white color or multiple colors with an IC controller or programmed IC chip to cause the LEDs to turn-on and turn-off according to achieve a desired timing, cycle, duration, brightness, color changing, color mixing, or sequential flashing. 13. An LED bulb having at least one LED as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said digital recording and storage device includes at least one of a (1) camera, (2) digital video recorder, (3) pin-hole camera, (4) at least one of a tape, CD, SD card, Micro SD card, or memory stick, (5) device to deliver digital data by a wired or wireless system to a phone, computer, iPad, consumer electric device, or communication products, (6) a device for storage of image, sound, and digital data, and (7) a device that can play, replay, or display the digital data.
