A drawbar for finishing attachments is arranged to attach to a fore-aft frame member of a tillage implement. The drawbar has a saddle with spaced apart side walls defining a channel configured to receive the frame member. When the frame member is received in the channel, the side walls of the saddle overlap side walls of the frame member and extend in the fore-aft direction rearward of an end of the frame member. The side walls of the saddle and the frame member have mounting openings that align along a lateral direction transverse to the fore-aft direction.

What is claimed is: 1. A finishing attachment for a tillage implement having a frame member extending in a fore-aft direction of the implement, the finishing attachment comprising: a drawbar having spaced apart side walls defining a channel configured to receive the frame member, and, when the frame member is received in the channel, the side walls of the drawbar overlap side walls of the frame member and extend in the fore-aft direction rearward of an end of the frame member; and a harrow rank assembly mounted to the drawbar by a pivot mechanism; wherein the harrow rank assembly includes a plurality of harrow ranks, each harrow rank includes a rank bar supporting a plurality of harrow tools, and, when the frame member is received in the channel of the drawbar, a long dimension of the rank bar extends in the lateral direction; and wherein the rank bars are connected by a cross-bar having a long dimension extending in the fore-aft direction and aligned with a long dimension of the channel of the drawbar. 2. The finishing attachment of claim 1 , wherein the pivot mechanism includes pivot links spaced apart in the fore-aft direction and pivotally mounted to the drawbar and the cross-bar to move the harrow ranks, when the frame member is received in the channel, in a pivotal fore-aft range of movement from a first, ground engaging position to a second, tripped position that is above and behind, in the fore-aft direction of travel, the first, ground engaging position. 3. The finishing attachment of claim 1 , further including: a finishing basket attachment having a long dimension extending in the direction transverse to the fore-aft direction and positioned rearward of the harrow rank assembly; and a support arm aligned with the drawbar along the fore-aft direction and coupling the finishing basket attachment to the drawbar. 4. A finishing attachment for a tillage implement having a frame member extending in a fore-aft direction of the implement, the finishing attachment comprising: a drawbar having spaced apart side walls defining a channel configured to receive the frame member, and, when the frame member is received in the channel, the side walls of the drawbar overlap side walls of the frame member and extend in the fore-aft direction rearward of an end of the frame member; a harrow rank assembly mounted to the drawbar by a pivot mechanism; a finishing basket attachment having a long dimension extending in the direction transverse to the fore-aft direction and positioned rearward of the harrow rank assembly; and a support arm aligned with the drawbar along the fore-aft direction and coupling the finishing basket attachment to the drawbar; wherein the finishing basket attachment includes a cross-bar to which a roller basket is mounted for rotation; and wherein the cross-bar is coupled to the support arm forward of the roller basket in the fore-aft direction. 5. The finishing attachment claim 4 , wherein the support arm is pivotally connected to the drawbar to pivot in the fore-aft direction; and wherein the finishing basket attachment is pivotally coupled to the support arm to pivot in the lateral direction. 6. The finishing attachment of claim 1 , wherein the channel of the drawbar is open between the side walls at one side of the drawbar. 7. The finishing attachment of claim 1 , wherein at a saddle of the drawbar that engages the frame member, the side walls of the drawbar have a greater height dimension normal to the lateral and fore-aft directions than the side walls of the frame member; and wherein the side walls of the drawbar have multiple sets of mounting openings at different height locations for receiving mounting bolts. 8. A tillage implement, comprising: an implement frame including a plurality of fore-aft frame members extending in a fore-aft direction of the implement and spaced apart in a lateral direction transverse to the fore-aft direction and connected by a plurality of lateral frame members extending in the lateral direction; a plurality of drawbars each mounted to one of the fore-aft frame members to extend in the fore-aft direction rearward of an end of the frame member; and a plurality of harrow rank assemblies each mounted to one of the drawbars by a pivot mechanism; wherein each harrow rank assembly includes a plurality of harrow ranks and each harrow rank includes a rank bar supporting a plurality of harrow tools, and, when the frame members are received in the channels of the drawbars, a long dimension of each rank bar extends in the lateral direction, the harrow rank bars of each harrow rank assembly being connected by a cross-bar having a long dimension extending in the fore-aft direction and aligned with a long dimension of the channel of the drawbar. 9. The tillage implement of claim 8 , wherein each drawbar has a saddle with spaced apart side walls defining a channel configured to receive the associated fore-aft frame member such that the side walls of the drawbar overlap side walls of the frame member. 10. The tillage implement of claim 9 , further including: a plurality of mounting bolts connecting the drawbars to the frame members and connecting the pivot mechanisms to the drawbars the mounting bolts each having a long dimension that extends in the lateral direction. 11. The tillage implement of claim 8 , wherein each harrow rank assembly includes a plurality of harrow ranks, each harrow rank includes a rank bar supporting a plurality of harrow tools and has a long dimension that extends in the lateral direction. 12. The tillage implement of claim 8 , further including: at least one finishing basket attachment having a long dimension extending in the lateral direction and positioned rearward of the harrow rank assemblies, the finishing basket attachment having a cross-bar to which a roller basket is mounted for rotation; and at least one support arm aligned with the drawbar along the fore-aft direction and coupling the finishing basket attachment to the drawbar, the support arm pivotally connected to the drawbar to pivot in the fore-aft direction; wherein the finishing basket attachment is pivotally coupled to the support arm to pivot in the lateral direction and the cross-bar is coupled to the support arm forward of the roller basket in the fore-aft direction.
