What is claimed is: 1. An electronic device comprising: a display portion including a display surface and a back surface; a touch input portion over the display surface; and a first battery, a second battery, and a system portion over the back surface; wherein a first bendable portion is provided in the display portion between the first battery and the second battery, wherein a second bendable portion is provided in the display portion between the second battery and the system portion, and wherein the first battery is electrically connected to the display portion and the touch input portion, and wherein the second battery is electrically connected to the system portion. 2. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the touch input portion includes a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer. 3. The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a power management circuit, wherein the power management circuit has a function of wirelessly transmitting power of the first battery to the second battery. 4. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the first battery overlaps with the second battery in a state where the display portion is folded. 5. An electronic device comprising: a display portion including a display surface and a back surface; a touch input portion over the display surface; and a first battery, a second battery, a third battery, and a system portion over the back surface, the third battery overlapping with the system portion; wherein a first bendable portion is provided in the display portion between the first battery and the second battery, wherein a second bendable portion is provided in the display portion between the second battery and the third battery, and wherein the first battery is electrically connected to the touch input portion, wherein the second battery is electrically connected to the display portion, and wherein the third battery is electrically connected to the system portion. 6. The electronic device according to claim 5 , wherein the touch input portion includes a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer. 7. The electronic device according to claim 5 , further comprising a power management circuit, wherein the power management circuit has a function of wirelessly supplying power among the first battery, the second battery, and the second battery. 8. The electronic device according to claim 5 , wherein the first battery overlaps with the second battery and the third battery in a state where the display portion is folded. 9. An electronic device comprising: a display portion including a display surface and a back surface; a touch input portion over the display surface; and a first battery, a second battery, and a system portion over the back surface, the second battery overlapping with the system portion; wherein a bendable portion is provided in the display portion between the first battery and the second battery, wherein the first battery is electrically connected to the display portion and the touch input portion, and wherein the second battery is electrically connected to the system portion. 10. The electronic device according to claim 9 , wherein the touch input portion includes a transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer. 11. The electronic device according to claim 9 , further comprising a power management circuit, wherein the power management circuit has a function of wirelessly transmitting power of the first battery to the second battery. 12. The electronic device according to claim 9 , wherein the first battery overlaps with the second battery in a state where the display portion is folded.
