A seat device for a vehicle includes a dynamic damper attached to a frame of a seat installed in the vehicle. The dynamic damper includes a damper case that is formed from separable first and second case halves, a weight that is housed in a damper chamber, and an elastic member that is disposed between the weight and the damper chamber so as to allow vibration of the weight. The damper case is provided with a plurality of mounting parts that are mounted on the frame, and the mounting parts comprise first and second mounting parts which are engaged with the frame at two left and right places as seen in a front view of the seat, and a third mounting part other than the first and second mounting parts which is provided between the first and second mounting parts.

The invention claimed is: 1. A seat device for a vehicle, comprising a dynamic damper attached to a frame of a seat installed in the vehicle, wherein: the dynamic damper comprises a damper case that is formed from first and second case halves joined together so as to be capable of separating from each other, a weight that is housed in a damper chamber formed inside of the damper case, and an elastic member that is disposed between the weight and the damper case so as to allow vibration of the weight, the damper case is provided with a plurality of mounting parts that are mounted on the frame, and the mounting parts comprise first and second mounting parts which are respectively engaged with the frame at left and right places as seen in a front view of the seat, and a third mounting part which is provided between the first and second mounting parts. 2. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein in the frame, portions of the frame with which the first and second mounting parts are engaged extend in an up-down direction of the seat, and a portion of the frame with which the third mounting part is engaged extends in a left-right direction of the seat. 3. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 2 , wherein: the frame is a headrest frame and has a pair of left and right main frame members that extend in the up-down direction of the seat, the first and second mounting parts are engaged with the main frame members, and the weight and the main frame members are disposed so as to overlap with each other in the up-down direction of the seat, in a manner such that a common plane passes through both the weight and the main frame members. 4. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 3 , wherein the first and second mounting parts are disposed so as to overlap with the weight and the main frame members in the up-down direction of the seat. 5. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 2 , wherein: the frame is the headrest frame and has a horizontal frame member that extends in the left-right direction of the seat, the third mounting part is engaged with the horizontal frame member, and the weight and the horizontal frame member are disposed so as to overlap with each other in the left-right direction of the seat, in a manner such that a common plane passes through both the weight and the horizontal frame member. 6. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 5 , wherein the third mounting part is disposed so as to overlap with the weight and the horizontal frame member in the left-right direction of the seat. 7. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 2 , wherein as seen in the front view of the seat, the first and second mounting parts and the third mounting part are engaged with the frame so as to cover an entire surface of the frame. 8. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein: the frame is a headrest frame and has a pair of left and right main frame members that extend in the up-down direction of the seat, the first and second mounting parts are engaged with the main frame members, and the weight and the main frame members are disposed so as to overlap with each other in the up-down direction of the seat, in a manner such that a common plane passes through both the weight and the main frame members. 9. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 8 , wherein the first and second mounting parts are disposed so as to overlap with the weight and the main frame members in the up-down direction of the seat. 10. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein: the frame is the headrest frame and has a horizontal frame member that extends in the left-right direction of the seat, the third mounting part is engaged with the horizontal frame member, and the weight and the horizontal frame member are disposed so as to overlap with each other in the left-right direction of the seat, in a manner such that a common plane passes through both the weight and the horizontal frame member. 11. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 10 , wherein the third mounting part is disposed so as to overlap with the weight and the horizontal frame member in the left-right direction of the seat. 12. The seat device for a vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein as seen in the front view of the seat, the first and second mounting parts and the third mounting part are engaged with the frame so as to cover an entire surface of the frame.
