What is claimed is: 1. A lighting device, comprising: a supporting unit including a side wall and a base layer; a printed circuit board disposed on the base layer of the supporting unit; a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on the printed circuit board; a resin layer disposed on the printed circuit board and the plurality of light emitting devices; and a reflection member disposed between the printed circuit board and the resin layer; wherein the reflection member includes a plurality of openings, wherein the light emitting devices are disposed in the openings of the reflection member, wherein the printed circuit board and the resin layer are disposed in the supporting unit. 2. The lighting device of claim 1 , further comprising a light reflection unit disposed on a side surface of the resin layer. 3. The lighting device of claim 2 , wherein the light reflection unit is disposed in a structure in which the light reflection unit is directly adhered to the resin layer, or a structure in which the light reflection unit is adhered to the resin layer using an adhesive material. 4. The lighting device of claim 2 , wherein the supporting unit is disposed on an outer surface of the light reflection unit. 5. The lighting device of claim 1 , further comprising an indirect radiation unit which is formed to be spaced apart from the resin layer and scatters and reflects light irradiated from the light emitting units. 6. The lighting device of claim 5 , wherein the indirect radiation unit comprises the light reflection unit disposed at a side of the resin layer, and an indirect radiation air gap formed between the side of the resin layer and the light reflection unit. 7. The lighting device of claim 6 , wherein the light reflection unit is formed of a material including a white pigment or a metal. 8. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the printed circuit board comprises a flexible printed circuit board. 9. The lighting device of claim 1 , further comprising a diffusion plate on the resin layer, wherein a first air gap is formed between the resin layer and the diffusion plate. 10. The lighting device of claim 1 , the side wall of the supporting unit is spaced apart from side surfaces of the resin layer and the printed circuit board by a predetermined distance. 11. The lighting device of claim 2 , wherein a side surface of the light reflection unit is in direct physical contact with side surfaces of the printed circuit board and the resin layer. 12. A lighting device, comprising: a printed circuit board; a light emitting unit disposed on the printed circuit board; a resin layer disposed on the printed circuit board and the plurality of light emitting devices; a reflection member disposed between the printed circuit board and the resin layer, and including a first opening and a second opening; and an optical pattern layer disposed on the resin layer; wherein the light emitting unit includes a first light emitting diode disposed in the first opening and a second light emitting diode disposed in the second opening, wherein the optical pattern layer includes a first optical pattern and a second optical pattern separated the first optical pattern, wherein the first optical pattern is overlapped with the first light emitting diode in a vertical direction. 13. The lighting device of claim 12 , wherein the optical pattern layer further comprises a first optical sheet disposed on an upper surface of the resin layer. 14. The lighting device of claim 13 , wherein the optical pattern layer further comprises an adhesive layer disposed on an upper surface of the first optical sheet. 15. The lighting device of claim 14 wherein the adhesive layer includes the optical pattern and an air gap, and wherein the air gap surrounds the optical pattern. 16. The lighting device of claim 14 , wherein the optical pattern layer further comprises a second optical sheet, and wherein the adhesive layer is disposed between the first optical sheet and the second optical sheet. 17. A lighting device, comprising: a supporting unit including a lower plate and side plate extending upward from the lower plate; a printed circuit board disposed on the lower plate of the supporting unit; a light emitting unit disposed on the printed circuit board; a resin layer disposed on the printed circuit board and the plurality of light emitting devices; and a reflection member disposed between the printed circuit board and the resin layer; wherein the printed circuit board and the resin layer are disposed in the supporting unit, and wherein the side plate comprises at least one of a curved portion and a flat portion. 18. The lighting device of claim 17 , wherein a shape of the lower plate of the supporting unit corresponds to a shape of the printed circuit board. 19. The lighting device of claim 17 , further comprising an air gap disposed on an outer surface of the resin layer, and wherein the air gap is disposed between the resin layer and the side plate of the supporting unit. 20. The lighting device of claim 17 , wherein a height of the upper surface of the resin layer from the upper surface of the lower plate is less than a height of the side plate of the supporting unit from the lower plate.
