The present invention provides a deformed part created by forming a coated metal sheet into a part, the coated metal sheet comprising a steel substrate, at least one face of which is coated with a metal coating deposited by dipping the substrate in a bath, said coating comprising between 0.2 and 0.7% by weight of Al, the remainder of the metal coating being Zn and inevitable impurities, wherein an outer surface of a metal coating of the deformed part has a waviness Wa0.8 of less than or equal to 0.43 μm.

What is claimed is: 1. A deformed part created by forming a coated metal sheet into a part, the coated metal sheet comprising a steel substrate, at least one face of which is coated with a metal coating deposited by dipping the substrate in a bath, said coating comprising between 0.2 and 0.7% by weight of Al, the remainder of the metal coating being Zn and inevitable impurities, wherein an outer surface of a metal coating of the deformed part has a waviness Wa 0.8 of less than or equal to 0.43 μm. 2. The deformed part according to claim 1 , wherein the outer surface of the metal coating of the deformed part has a waviness Wa 0.8 of less than or equal to 0.41 μm. 3. The deformed part according to claim 1 , wherein the outer surface of the metal coating of the deformed part has a waviness Wa 0.8 of less than or equal to 0.37 μm. 4. The deformed part according to claim 1 , further comprising a film of paint on the metal coating of the deformed part. 5. The deformed part according to claim 4 , wherein a thickness of the film of pain is less than or equal to 120 μm. 6. The deformed part according to claim 4 , wherein a thickness of the film of paint is less than or equal to 100 μm. 7. A land motor vehicle comprising a body, the body comprising a deformed part according to claim 1 . 8. The deformed part according to claim 1 , wherein the metal coating further includes one or more additional elements selected from the following: Si, Sb, Pb, Ti, Ca, Mn, Sn, La, Ce, Cr, Zr or Bi, a weight content of each additional element in the metal coating being less than 0.3%. 9. The deformed part according to claim 1 , wherein the metal coating consists of Zn, between 0.2 and 0.7% by weight of Al, one or more additional elements selected from the following: Si, Sb, Pb, Ti, Ca, Mn, Sn, La, Ce, Cr, Zr or Bi, a weight content of each additional element in the metal coating being less than 0.3%, and inevitable impurities. 10. The deformed part according to claim 1 , wherein the metal coating has a weight content of Al of less than or equal to 0.6%. 11. The deformed part according to claim 1 , wherein the metal coating has a weight content of Al of less than or equal to 0.5%. 12. The deformed part according to claim 1 , wherein the coated metal sheet was not subjected to a skin-pass operation and wherein an outer surface of the metal coating of the coated metal sheet has a waviness Wa 0.8 of less than or equal to 0.35 μm. 13. A deformed part comprising: a coated metal sheet comprising a steel substrate, at least one face of the steel substrate being coated with a metal coating, the coating comprising between 0.2 and 0.7% by weight of Al, the remainder of the metal coating being Zn and inevitable impurities, the coated metal sheet being deformed into a part, an outer surface of a metal coating of the deformed part having a waviness Wa 0.8 of less than or equal to 0.43 μm.
