What is claimed is: 1. A flexible OLED display, comprising: a substrate including a display area and including a non-display area having a first routing area, a second routing area and a bend allowance area between the first and second routing areas; a wire trace routed from the first routing area to the second routing area of the substrate; a notched edge of the substrate corresponding to a routing direction of the wire trace; a notched edge etched area and a stripe structure between the wire trace and the notched edge of the substrate; and an organic layer that coats the notched edge etched area and the stripe structure in the bend allowance area. 2. The flexible OLED display of claim 1 , wherein the notched edge of the substrate has a curved shape. 3. The flexible OLED display of claim 1 , wherein the stripe structure between the wire trace and the notched edge etched area. 4. The flexible OLED display of claim 3 , wherein the stripe structure comprises a stack of multiple inorganic insulation layers. 5. The flexible OLED display of claim 3 , wherein the stripe structure comprises at least one of an organic insulation layer and at least one of an inorganic insulation layer. 6. The flexible OLED display of claim 1 , wherein the bend allowance area is hidden from view with respect to a user who interact with the display area. 7. The flexible OLED display of claim 1 , wherein the organic coating layer has an uneven surface. 8. The flexible OLED display of claim 1 , further comprising a pad of driving components in the second routing area. 9. The flexible OLED display of claim 1 , further comprising a touch sensing layer located above the display area and extending into at least a portion of the first routing area. 10. The flexible OLED display of claim 9 , wherein the touch sensor layer includes a layer formed of one or more deformable dielectric materials. 11. A flexible display apparatus, comprising: a base layer including a display area and a non-display area having a routing area and a notched inactive area, the notched inactive area defined by a notched line and including a bend allowance area; a wire trace in the routing area and the notched area; an insulation layer etched area and a stripe structure in the notched inactive area along with the wire trace; and an organic layer covering at least portion of the notched inactive area and at least portion of the routing area. 12. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the organic layer has an uneven surface. 13. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , wherein a thickness of the organic layer is thicker than a thickness of the base layer. 14. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the organic layer shifts a neutral plane towards a plane of the wire trace. 15. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the insulation layer etched area is configured to minimize possible cracks from being formed. 16. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the stripe structure configured to act as a dam for inhibiting moisture or foreign materials from reaching the wire trace. 17. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the notched line has a curved shape. 18. The flexible display apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the organic layer has a curved shape corresponding to the curved shape of the notched line. 19. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , further comprising a polarizer layer located above the display area and extending into at least a portion of the routing area. 20. The flexible display apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the organic layer is a photo-curable material.
