What is claimed is: 1. A magnetic recording medium for microwave assisted recording comprising: a magnetic layer including ferromagnetic powder and a binder on a non-magnetic support, wherein the magnetic layer is a single layer of a magnetic layer exhibiting two or more different intrinsic ferromagnetic resonance frequencies of 30.0 GHz or more, the magnetic layer comprises two or more different kinds of ferromagnetic powder, the different kinds of ferromagnetic powder have different coercive forces from each other, and the coercive forces are 210 kA/m or more. 2. The magnetic recording medium for microwave assisted recording according to claim 1 , wherein the two or more different kinds of ferromagnetic powder are metallic oxide powders. 3. The magnetic recording medium for microwave assisted recording according to claim 2 , wherein the metallic oxide powders are ferrite powders. 4. The magnetic recording medium for microwave assisted recording according to claim 1 , wherein the two or more different intrinsic ferromagnetic resonance frequencies exhibited by the magnetic layer are both in a range of 30.0 to 50.0 GHz. 5. A magnetic recording device comprising: a magnetic recording medium; and a magnetic head for microwave assisted recording, wherein the magnetic recording medium has a magnetic layer including ferromagnetic powder and a binder on a non-magnetic support, the magnetic layer is a single layer of a magnetic layer exhibiting two or more different intrinsic ferromagnetic resonance frequencies of 30.0 GHz or more, the magnetic layer comprises two or more different kinds of ferromagnetic powder, the different kinds of ferromagnetic powder have different coercive forces from each other, and the coercive forces are 210 kA/m or more, and the magnetic head for microwave assisted recording records two or more different types of information on the magnetic layer by means of microwave assisted recording including application of a microwave magnetic field of two or more different frequencies to the magnetic layer. 6. The magnetic recording device according to claim 5 , wherein the two or more different kinds of ferromagnetic powder are metallic oxide powders. 7. The magnetic recording device according to claim 6 , wherein the metallic oxide powders are ferrite powders. 8. The magnetic recording device according to claim 5 , wherein the two or more different intrinsic ferromagnetic resonance frequencies exhibited by the magnetic layer are both in a range of 30.0 to 50.0 GHz.
