We claim: 1. A method to select thumbnails corresponding to video content, the method comprising: detecting a plurality of scene change points from the video content; setting a number of analysis windows based on the plurality of detected scene change points; selecting a frame from among frames in each of the analysis windows based on a respective prioritization score for each of the frames in each of the analysis windows; storing the selected frame as a thumbnail for a respective number of analysis windows; and providing a user device with the thumbnail for identifying context of the video content. 2. A method to select thumbnails corresponding to video content, the method comprising: determining at least one of analysis windows for the video content based on a required number of thumbnails; selecting a frame from among frames in each of the analysis windows based on a respective prioritization score for each of the frames in each of the analysis windows; storing the selected frame as a thumbnail for the respective at least one of analysis windows; and providing a user device with the thumbnail for identifying context of the video content. 3. A method to select thumbnails corresponding to video content, the method comprising: detecting a plurality of scene change points from the video content; dividing the video content into at least one of portions based on the plurality of detected scene change points; extracting a frame in each of the portions as a thumbnail based on the plurality of detected scene change points; and providing a user device with the thumbnail for identifying context of the video content. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising, responsive to receiving an activation of the thumbnail from the user device, transmitting or streaming the video content to the user device.
