Only a bottle properly preliminarily heated is sterilized by hydrogen peroxide. Temperature inspection to the bottle is performed while travelling the bottle. During the inspection, a bottle of which temperature does not reach a predetermined temperature is removed and a bottle of which temperature reaches the predetermined temperature is continuously travelled, hydrogen peroxide condensed mist α is blown toward a mouth portion 1 a of the bottle by a spray tube 59 disposed at a predetermined position, and hot air is blown into the bottle from the nozzle while the nozzle 64 following the mouth portion of the bottle. According to such operation, only the bottle properly heated can be sterilized by the hydrogen peroxide, Thereafter, beverage fills the bottle, which is then sealed.

The invention claimed is: 1. A beverage filling apparatus comprising: a molding section for molding a bottle from a heated preform through a blow molding process; an inspection section for inspecting the bottles; a sterilization section for sterilizing the bottle molded in the molding section with hydrogen peroxide mist or hydrogen peroxide gas; a filling section for filling the bottle sterilized in the sterilization section with beverage and then sealing the bottle, the molding section, the sterilization section and the filling section being coupled continuously with one another; bottle travelling means disposed for continuously travelling the bottle on a travelling path from the molding section to the filling section through the sterilization section, the bottle travelling means being provided with wheels disposed in a row from the molding section toward the filling section; grippers turning around the wheels while gripping the bottle neck portion and transferring the bottle from an upstream side wheel to a downstream side wheel; a chamber of the sterilization section for covering a portion from the sterilization section to the filling section; an air exhaust means coupled to an entrance side of the chamber of the sterilization section which covers the sterilization section, thereby the air with hydrogen peroxide mist or hydrogen peroxide gas is exhausted out of the chamber of the sterilization section by the air exhaust means, wherein an atmosphere shutoff chamber is disposed between a chamber of the inspection section and the chamber of the sterilization section, wherein partition walls are disposed, respectively between the chamber of the inspection section and the atmosphere shutoff chamber and between the atmosphere shutoff chamber and the chamber of the sterilization section, wherein an air exhaust, as the air exhaust means, is coupled with the atmosphere shutoff chamber, and wherein a positive pressure creating means for creating positive pressure in the inspection section greater than pressures in the molding section and in the sterilization section is provided. 2. The beverage filling apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein an inspection section for performing a predetermined inspection to the bottle molded in the molding section is disposed between the molding section and the sterilization section so as to be coupled therewith, and the inspection section is provided with inspection means that inspect quality of the bottle and the inspection section is further provided with discharging means for discharging, from the bottle travelling path, a bottle judged as defective product, and a portion from the inspection section to the filling section is covered by a chamber, and an air supply means is coupled to the chamber of the inspection section for supplying cleaned air into the inspection section, in which cleaned air streams toward the sterilization section. 3. The beverage filling apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein an air nozzle forming an air curtain is disposed at a portion at which the chamber of the sterilization section contacts the atmosphere shutoff chamber. 4. The beverage filling apparatus according to claim 2 , air supply means have a heater for heat the supplying cleaned air into the inspection section. 5. The beverage filling apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a first pressure inside the inspection section is higher than a second pressure inside the molding section and a third pressure inside the sterilization section. 6. The beverage filling apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the inspection section is provided upstream of the sterilization section in a bottle transfer direction within the apparatus.
