What is claimed is: 1. A display device, comprising: a substrate having a through-hole; and a display portion disposed on the substrate and surrounding the through-hole, wherein the display portion displays an image, wherein the substrate comprises a display area and a non-display area between the display area and the through-hole, wherein the display portion comprises a plurality of pixels and a plurality of wires electrically connected to the pixels, and wherein at least two of the wires cross each other in the non-display area. 2. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the substrate comprises: the display area surrounding the through-hole; and the non-display area neighboring the display area and surrounding the through-hole, wherein at least a part of the display portion disposed on the display area. 3. The display device of claim 2 , wherein the substrate further comprises: a non-display area surrounding an outer edge of the display area. 4. A display device, comprising: a substrate having a through-hole; and a display portion disposed on the substrate and surrounding the through-hole, wherein the display portion displays an image, wherein the display portion comprises: a plurality of wires including a selected wire neighboring the through-hole; and a plurality of pixels electrically connected to the wires, wherein the selected wire is curved. 5. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the wires comprise: a first line extending in a first direction; and a second line extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, wherein the second line crosses the first line, wherein at least one of the first and second lines neighbors the through-hole, and wherein the at least one line is curved and extends along the edge of the through-hole. 6. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the pixel comprises an organic light-emitting diode (OLED). 7. The display device of claim 4 , further comprising a first driving circuit disposed in the non-display area and electrically connected to the wires. 8. The display device of claim 4 , further comprising a second driving circuit disposed in the display area and electrically connected to the wires. 9. The display device of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the substrate and the display portion has a ring shape. 10. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the through-hole includes a plurality of through-holes, and wherein the through-holes are separated from one another and surrounded by the display portion. 11. An electronic watch, comprising: a display device including a substrate having a through-hole and a display portion disposed on the substrate, wherein the display portion surrounds the through-hole and displaying an image; and a watch needle unit including i) a rotation shaft inserted in the through-hole and rotating and ii) at least one watch needle extending from the rotation shaft to an upper portion of the display portion, wherein the substrate comprises a display area and a non-display area between the display area and the through-hole, wherein the display portion comprises a plurality of pixels and a plurality of wires electrically connected to the pixels, and wherein at least two of the wires cross each other in the non-display area. 12. The watch of claim 11 , wherein the watch needle unit further comprises: a main body in which the display device is provided in an upper portion thereof; and a shaft driver protruding from the through-hole and including the rotation shaft. 13. The watch of claim 11 , wherein the watch needle and a top surface of the display portion have space therebetween. 14. The watch of claim 11 , wherein the display device has a ring shape, and wherein the watch needle unit has a substantially circular shape. 15. The watch of claim 11 , wherein the through-hole includes a plurality of through-holes, wherein the through-holes are separated from one another and surrounded by the display portion, wherein the rotation shaft includes a plurality of rotation shafts, wherein the watch needle includes a plurality of watch needles, and wherein the rotation shafts are separated from one another and inserted into the respective through-holes. 16. An electronic watch, the watch comprising: a watch needle unit including i) a shaft driver, ii) a rotation shaft formed on the shaft driver, and iii) at least one watch needle extending from the rotation shaft; a display device; and an encapsulation portion stacked on the display device, wherein the height of the shaft driver is substantially the same as the combined height of the stacked encapsulation portion and the display device, and wherein the heights are defined in the depth dimension of the display device, wherein the display device includes a display portion and a substrate having at least one through-hole, wherein the display portion surrounds the through-hole and is formed on the substrate and configured to display an image, wherein the shaft driver is inserted into the through-hole, and the display portion comprises a plurality of pixels electrically connected to each other. 17. The watch of claim 16 , wherein the rotation shaft extends in a lateral direction of the display device, and wherein an outer edge of the display device is further from the rotation shaft than an outer edge of the watch needle. 18. The watch of claim 17 , further comprising a main body, wherein the shaft driver and the substrate are placed on the main body, and wherein the height of the shaft driver is greater than the height of the main body.
