A cooling/heating, module configured to cool and heat air includes: first and second cooling/heating sections ( 20 a, 20 b ), each having a thermoelastic material ( 21 ); and an actuator ( 22 ) applying tension to the thermoelastic material ( 21 ). The actuator ( 22 ) is configured to alternately perform the operation of applying tension to the thermoelastic material ( 21 ) of the first cooling/heating section ( 20 a ) and removing tension from the thermoelastic material ( 21 ) of the second cooling/heating section ( 20 b ) and the operation of applying tension to the thermoelastic material ( 21 ) of the second cooling/heating section ( 20 b ) and removing tension from the thermoelastic material ( 21 ) of the first cooling/heating section ( 20 a ).

The invention claimed is: 1. A cooling/heating module configured to cool and heat air, the module comprising: first and second cooling/heating separated from each other by a partition plate, each comprising a thermoelastic material; an actuator applying tension to the thermoelastic material; and a switching controller configured to control the actuator to alternately apply tension to the thermoelastic material of the first cooling/heating section and remove tension from the thermoelastic material of the second cooling/heating section, and apply tension to the thermoelastic material of the second cooling/heating section and remove tension from the thermoelastic material of the first cooling/heating section, wherein the actuator comprises: a fixed portion fixed to one end of the thermoelastic material; a movable portion fixed to another end of the thermoelastic material; and a displacement mechanism which reciprocates the movable portion so that there is a variable distance between the movable portion and the fixed portion, the actuator has a rotation shaft, the displacement mechanism is configured to transform the rotation of the shaft into the reciprocation of the moveable portion, and the displacement mechanism includes a cam rotating in contact with the movable portion.
