The invention claimed is: 1. A structural body, comprising at least one porous layer that includes a fiber including an electrolyte and a thermosetting resin, wherein the thermosetting resin is a component with a highest proportion among a plurality of components of the fiber, the thermosetting resin is an epoxy resin, and an amount of the electrolyte in the fiber ranges from 0.01 wt % to 10 wt %. 2. The structural body according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolyte is lithium bromide. 3. The structural body according to claim 1 , wherein the fiber has an average diameter of 30 nm to 5 μm. 4. The structural body according to claim 1 , wherein a dielectric constant of the thermosetting resin is within a range of 1 to 1000.
