Devices, systems, and methods are provided for ligament repair procedures, and can be used to establish a location and trajectory for forming a bone tunnel in bone. One exemplary embodiment of a surgical guide for using in a ligament repair procedure includes a guide arm and a carriage that can be selectively locked along the guide arm to define an angle of the bone tunnel. The guide arm also defines a location of a distal end of the bone tunnel. In some embodiments the carriage is configured to have a bullet side-loaded into it, and the bullet can be used to define a location of a proximal end of the bone tunnel. The present disclosure also provides for a gage that limits the distance a drill pin that drills the bone tunnel can travel. A variety of other, devices, systems, and methods are also provided.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for drilling a bore in bone, comprising: positioning a second end of a second arm of a surgical guide adjacent to a desired location for a distal end of a bore to be drilled in bone; positioning a first end of a first arm of the surgical guide proximate to an opposed side of the bone, the side at which a proximal end of the bore to be drilled in bone is to be located; locking a location of a carriage on the first arm to set an angle between a distal tip of a bullet that is to be associated with the surgical guide when drilling the bore in bone and the bone to be drilled without moving the first arm relative to the second arm, the angle being formed at the location at which the proximal end of the bore is to be drilled, the carriage being configured to receive a bullet and the carriage further being configured to translate along a length of the first arm to engage a slot of a plurality of slots formed in the first arm when the location of the carriage is being locked to set the angle; associating a bullet with the carriage; disposing a drill pin in a through-bore of the bullet; and operating the drill pin to drill a hole from the location at which the distal tip of the bullet forms an angle with the bone to the location at which the second end of the second arm is located. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the carriage includes a passively engaging male member that is configured to engage a slot of the plurality of slots as part of the step of locking a location of the carriage on the first arm. 3. The method of claim 2 , further comprising: actively disengaging the male member from the slot; moving the carriage along the first arm; and allowing the male member to engage a slot of the plurality of slots to lock the location of the carriage on the first arm. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein actively disengaging the male member from the slot further comprises pushing a button associated with the carriage, and wherein, prior to the step of allowing the male member to engage a slot of the plurality of slots, the method further comprises releasing the button. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising coupling the drill pin to a chuck of a surgical drill such that a distal tip of the drill pin extends no further distally than the second end of the second arm located adjacent to the distal end of the bore. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first arm has a first facial surface, a second facial surface that is opposed to the first facial surface, a first side surface extending between the first and second facial surfaces, and a second side surface extending between the first and second facial surfaces and being opposed to the first side surface, the plurality of slots being formed in the first facial surface, and wherein a height of the first arm defined by the first side surface extending between the first and second facial surfaces is less than a width of the first arm defined by the first facial surface extending between the first and second side surfaces. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of slots formed in the first arm are formed in a first facial surface of the first arm, and wherein the carriage is further configured to engage a plurality of slots formed in a second facial surface of the first arm, the second facial surface being opposed to the first facial surface. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first arm is disposed in a hand of a user such that no additional component of the surgical guide is disposed therebetween. 9. A method for drilling a bore in bone, comprising: positioning a second end of a second arm of a surgical guide adjacent to a desired location for a distal end of a bore to be drilled in bone; positioning a first end of a first arm of the surgical guide proximate to an opposed side of the bone, the side at which a proximal end of the bore to be drilled in bone is to be located; adjusting the surgical guide to set an angle between a distal tip of a bullet that is to be associated with the surgical guide when drilling the bore in bone and the bone to be drilled without moving the first arm relative to the second arm, the angle being formed at the location at which the proximal end of the bore is to be drilled; disposing a portion of a bullet in a portion of a carriage, the carriage being disposed on the first arm and configured to translate along a length of the first arm; rotating the bullet with respect to a housing of the carriage to position the bullet in a locked position in which the bullet cannot translate between two opposed side surfaces of the housing and two opposed facial surfaces of the housing; disposing a drill pin in a through-bore of the bullet; and operating the drill pin to drill a hole from the location at which the distal tip of the bullet forms an angle with the bone to the location at which the second end of the second arm is located. 10. The method of claim 9 , further comprising translating the bullet in a proximal-distal direction with respect to the carriage, the carriage being configured to engage ridges formed along a longitudinal length of the bullet to incrementally translate the bullet in the proximal-distal direction. 11. The method of claim 9 , wherein the carriage further comprises a receiver, and wherein disposing a portion of a bullet in a portion of a carriage further comprises disposing a portion of a bullet in the receiver, and wherein rotating the bullet with respect to a housing of the carriage to position the bullet in a locked position further comprises rotating the receiver with respect to the housing of the carriage to position the bullet in the locked position. 12. The method of claim 9 , wherein the first arm is disposed in a hand of a user such that no additional component of the surgical guide is disposed therebetween. 13. A method for drilling a bore in bone, comprising: positioning a second end of a second arm of a surgical guide adjacent to a desired location for a distal end of a bore to be drilled in bone; positioning a first end of a first arm of the surgical guide proximate to an opposed side of the bone, the side at which a proximal end of the bore to be drilled in bone is to be located; adjusting the surgical guide to set an angle between a distal tip of a bullet that is to be associated with the surgical guide when drilling the bore in bone and the bone to be drilled by sliding a carriage configured to receive a bullet along the first arm, the carriage having a male member that is biased in a direction towards the first arm, and the angle being formed at the location at which the proximal end of the bore is to be drilled; locking a position of the carriage with respect to the first arm by having the male member passively engage a slot of a plurality of slots formed in a first facial surface of the first arm after the male member slides along the first arm, the plurality of slots forming one or more recessed surfaces that are recessed with respect to the first facial surface; disposing a drill pin in a through-bore of a bullet received by the carriage; and operating the drill pin to drill a hole from the location at which the distal tip of the bullet forms an angle with the bone to the location at which the second end of the second arm is located. 14. The method of claim 13 , further comprising: actively disengaging the male member from the slot; moving the carriage along the first arm; and locking a second position of the carriage with respect to the first arm by having the male member passively engage a second slot of the plurality of slots formed in the fir
