The invention claimed is: 1. A method of treating a CD324-associated neoplastic disorder in a subject comprising administering an isolated anti-CD324 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof to the subject, wherein the isolated anti-CD324 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is selected from the group consisting of: a) an antibody comprising three light chain complementarity determining regions set forth as residues 24-34 of SEQ ID NO: 20 for CDR-L1, residues 50-56 of SEQ ID NO: 20 for CDR-L2, and residues 89-97 of SEQ ID NO: 20 for CDR-L3, and comprising three heavy chain complementarity determining regions set forth as residues 31-35 of SEQ ID NO: 21 for CDR-H1, residues 50-65 of SEQ ID NO: 21 for CDR-H2 and 95-102 of SEQ ID NO: 21 for CDR-H3, wherein the residues are numbered according to Kabat;
