What is claimed is: 1. A golf club head comprising: a striking face portion located at a frontal portion of said golf club head; and a body portion attached to an aft portion of said striking face portion further comprising a crown portion and a sole portion; wherein at least one of said crown portion and said sole portion comprises a base layer and a lightweight cover layer; said base layer further comprises a plurality of cutouts, said lightweight cover layer is made out of a composite material having a Fiber Areal Weight (FAW) of less than about 50 gsm, wherein said base layer further comprises at least one rib attached to an internal surface of said base layer, and wherein said at least one rib is placed on the same surface as said plurality of cutouts and does not come into contact with any of said plurality of cutouts. 2. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein said composite material has a Fiber Areal Weight (FAW) of less than about 40 gsm. 3. The golf club head of claim 2 , wherein said composite material has a Fiber Areal Weight (FAW) of between about 10 gsm and about 30 gsm. 4. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein said composite material has a density of less than about 2.7 g/cm 3 . 5. The golf club head of claim 4 , wherein said composite material has a density of less than about 1.75 g/cm 3 . 6. The golf club head of claim 5 , wherein said composite material has a density of less than about 1.50 g/cm 3 . 7. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein said base layer further comprises two or more ribs, both of said two or more ribs are attached to an internal surface of said base layer. 8. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein said at least one rib substantially spans across an entirety of said base layer in a heel to toe direction. 9. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein said at least one rib substantially spans across an entirety of said base layer in a front to back direction. 10. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein said lightweight cover layer has an Internal Exposure Percentage of between about 15% and about 60%. 11. A golf club head comprising: a striking face portion located at a frontal portion of said golf club head; and a body portion attached to an aft portion of said striking face portion further comprising a crown portion and a sole portion; wherein at least one of said crown portion and said sole portion comprises a base layer and a lightweight cover layer; said base layer further comprises a plurality of cutouts and at least one rib, and wherein said at least one rib is placed on the same surface as said plurality of cutouts and is attached to an internal surface of said base layer and, wherein at least one of said at least one rib does not come into contact with any of said at least one of said plurality of cutouts. 12. The golf club head of claim 11 , wherein said at least one rib substantially spans across an entirety of said base layer in a heel to toe direction. 13. The golf club head of claim 11 , wherein said at least one rib substantially spans across an entirety of said base layer in a front to back direction. 14. The golf club head of claim 11 , wherein said lightweight cover layer has an Internal Exposure Percentage of between about 15% and about 60%. 15. The golf club head of claim 14 , wherein said lightweight cover layer is made out of a composite material having a Fiber Areal Weight (FAW) of less than about 50 gsm.
