The invention claimed is: 1. A wall-mounted drum-type washing machine comprising: a rear panel mounted on a wall surface; a tub containing wash water; a rotatable drum disposed in the tub and including a rotatable driving shaft; a driving unit providing power to the drum; a rotation hole in the rear panel; a bearing portion in the rotation hole configured to rotatably support the driving shaft; and a disposition portion comprising a concave recess on the rear panel, wherein the driving unit is disposed inside the disposition portion, and wherein: the rear panel comprises a protrusion; a water level sensor is disposed on the protrusion; the protrusion comprises an attachment hole for removably attaching the water level sensor; the protrusion protrudes from the rear panel to a front side; the attachment hole is disposed on a top surface of the protrusion; and the water level sensor is disposed on a front surface of the protrusion. 2. The wall-mounted drum-type washing machine of claim 1 , wherein the driving unit comprises: a motor providing power to rotate the drum; a driving wheel connected to the driving shaft; and a belt transmitting the power from the motor to the driving wheel. 3. The wall-mounted drum-type washing machine of claim 2 , wherein the motor has a fixing hole therein, the rear panel has a plurality of boss portions on the front side, and the fixing hole is inserted into one of the boss portions. 4. The wall-mounted drum-type washing machine of claim 1 , further comprising: a front panel on the tub, the front panel having an opening therein; and a hinge connected to a door for opening/closing the opening and supported by the front panel. 5. The wall-mounted drum-type washing machine of claim 4 , further comprising: a box unit on the rear panel and surrounding the tub; and a cover unit on the box unit and covering the front panel, wherein the hinge is supported by a fastening member on the front panel and extends through the cover unit. 6. A wall-mounted drum-type washing machine comprising: a rear panel mounted on a wall surface; a tub containing wash water; a rotatable drum disposed in the tub; a disposition portion comprising a concave portion of a rear surface of the rear panel; a first set of reinforcement ribs disposed on a center portion of the rear surface of the rear panel; a second set of reinforcement ribs disposed on the rear surface of the rear panel, wherein the second set of reinforcement ribs is longer than the first set of reinforcement ribs; a driving unit providing power to the drum and disposed inside of the disposition portion; and a coupling unit disposed on the rear panel and coupled to a rotatable driving shaft of the drum, wherein: the disposition portion is configured to prevent the driving unit connected to the driving shaft from interfering with the wall surface; the first and second set of reinforcement ribs are configured to support the rear panel to prevent the rear panel from being deformed by vibrations generated by a rotation of the rotatable drum; the rear panel comprises a protrusion; a water level sensor is disposed on the protrusion; the protrusion comprises an attachment hole for removably attaching the water level sensor; the protrusion protrudes from the rear panel to a front side; the attachment hole is disposed on a top surface of the protrusion; and the water level sensor is disposed on a front surface of the protrusion.
