A measurement device includes a housing to which a biosensor having a reagent is attachable and which is carriable by a user, the reagent selectively responding to a specific analyte in a biological fluid. An analyte measurer measures a concentration of the specific analyte, using the biosensor, a motion measurer measures vibration applied to the housing, as a motion amount, and a living activity calculator calculates a living activity amount based on the measured motion amount. A recorder records the living activity amount output by the living activity calculator and a controller causes the recorder to record the specific analyte concentration measured by the analyte measurer and an event of the living activity, the concentration and the event being associated with each other, the event of the living activity being estimated based on the living activity amount recorded in the recorder.

The invention claimed is: 1. A measurement device comprising: a housing to which a biosensor having a reagent is attachable and which is configured to be carried by a user, the reagent selectively responding to a specific analyte in a biological fluid; an analyte measurer that measures a concentration of the specific analyte, using the biosensor; a motion measurer that measures vibration applied to the housing, as a motion amount; a living activity amount calculator that calculates a living activity amount based on the motion amount output by the motion measurer; a recorder that records the living activity amount output by the living activity amount calculator; and a controller programmed to cause the recorder to record therein the concentration of the specific analyte measured by the analyte measurer and an event of the living activity of the user, with the concentration and the event being associated with each other, the event of the living activity of the user being estimated based on the living activity amount recorded in the recorder. 2. The measurement device according to claim 1 , wherein the event of the living activity relates to a meal or sleeping. 3. The measurement device according to claim 2 , wherein the controller causes the recorder to record therein a measurement result of the concentration of the specific analyte in association with a pre-meal or post-meal state. 4. The measurement device according to claim 2 , wherein the controller causes the recorder to record therein a measurement result of the concentration of the specific analyte in association with a before-sleep, asleep or after-sleep state. 5. The measurement device according to claim 2 , wherein the controller causes the recorder to record therein a measurement result of the concentration of the specific analyte in association with rolling over during sleeping. 6. The measurement device according to claim 1 , further comprising a time counter, wherein the controller uses time information output by the time counter, when estimating the event of the living activity. 7. The measurement device according to claim 1 , further comprising a transmitter that transmits, to an external device, at least one of the motion amount of the housing, the living activity amount of the user, the event associated with the living activity and/or the measurement result of the concentration of the specific analyte recorded in the recorder. 8. The measurement device according to claim 1 , further comprising a display that displays a measurement result of the concentration of the specific analyte, the event and the living activity amount recorded in the recorder. 9. The measurement device according to claim 1 , wherein the biosensor is a disposable glucose sensor used for spotting blood of the user. 10. The measurement device according to claim 1 , wherein the biosensor is a continuous glucose monitoring sensor which is subcutaneously inserted into the user.
