What is claimed is: 1. A flexible display panel comprising: a flexible panel comprising a first region including a display region and oriented on a first plane and a second region including a non-display region, the second region being bent from the first region to be oriented on a second plane different from the first plane; a barrier layer directly on a flexible substrate, wherein the barrier layer extends along and is covered by both the display region and the non-display region across a width of the flexible panel; a flexible encapsulation member disposed on the flexible panel so as to encapsulate both the display region and the non-display region, wherein the flexible encapsulation member is entirely spaced from the barrier layer such that the flexible encapsulation member does not contact the barrier layer; a flexible touch panel comprising a touch region located at a position corresponding to the display region and a wiring region located at a position corresponding to the non-display region, the flexible touch panel being folded according to a folding shape of the first region and the second region; and a transparent protective window located on the flexible touch panel and having a shape corresponding to the folding shape of the flexible touch panel and strength to maintain the folding shape, wherein at least one surface of the non-display region is located on the first plane to be coplanar with the display region, and wherein the barrier layer is between the flexible encapsulation member and the flexible substrate. 2. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein the display region is configured to be viewed from a first direction in which the first plane is oriented, and the non-display region is configured not to be viewed from the first direction. 3. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein an area ratio of the non-display region to the display region visible from a first direction in which the first plane is oriented, is smaller than an area ratio of the non-display region to the display region visible from the first direction than if the non-display region was oriented in the first direction. 4. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein a border region having a curvature radius is between the first region and the second region. 5. The flexible display panel of claim 4 , wherein the curvature radius has a substantially constant value. 6. The flexible display panel of claim 5 , wherein the curvature radius is between about 0.01 mm and about 10 mm. 7. The flexible display panel of claim 6 , wherein the curvature radius is between about 0.01 mm and about 1 mm. 8. The flexible display panel of claim 5 , wherein a curved surface of the border region is arc-shaped. 9. The flexible display panel of claim 4 , wherein the display region extends into the border region. 10. The flexible display panel of claim 4 , wherein the non-display region extends into border region. 11. The flexible display panel of claim 4 , wherein each of the display region and the non-display region extends into the border region. 12. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein the first region is substantially planar. 13. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein the second region is substantially planar. 14. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein the flexible panel further comprises a third region extending from an edge of the second region and extending in a direction towards the first region. 15. The flexible display panel of claim 14 , wherein the non-display region extends from the second region into the third region. 16. The flexible display panel of claim 15 , wherein a pad unit is located in the third region. 17. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , further comprising a first protective film located on one side of the flexible panel and a second protective film located on one side of the flexible encapsulation member. 18. The flexible display panel of claim 17 , wherein the first protective film and the second protective film are located so as to cover the display region and the non-display region of the flexible panel. 19. The flexible display panel of claim 18 , wherein the first protective film and the second protective film are located to be symmetrical to each other. 20. The flexible display panel of claim 17 , wherein at least one of the first protective film and the second protective film comprises a polarization film. 21. The flexible display panel of claim 17 , wherein the first protective film covers an edge of the flexible panel, and the second protective film covers an edge of the flexible encapsulation member. 22. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein the flexible encapsulation member comprises at least one of an inorganic insulating layer and an organic insulating layer. 23. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , further comprising a touch panel located on at least one side of a flexible substrate and the flexible encapsulation member and on which an image of the display region is displayed.
