What is claimed is: 1. An electronic vapor device comprising: a device processor operable for controlling the electronic vapor device; at least one container for storing a vaporizable material; a vaporizing component operatively coupled to the device processor and controlled in part by the device processor, wherein the vaporizing component is in fluid communication with the at least one container for receiving at least a portion of the vaporizable material therefrom, wherein the vaporizing component is operable to vaporize the vaporizable material received therein; at least one vapor outlet coupled to the vaporizing component and configured to receive vapor generated by the vaporizing component, the at least one vapor outlet operable to expel the generated vapor from the electronic vapor device; a vaporizing power source operatively coupled to the vaporizing component, wherein the vaporizing power source is operable to generate a supply of power for operation of at least the vaporizing component; and an input/output connector operatively coupled to the device processor and configured to operatively connect the device processor to an input/output port of an associated electronic communication device, wherein the input/output connector is operable to receive a power supply generated by a power source of the associated electronic communication device and to transmit the received power supply to the vaporizing power source; wherein the device processor is operable to: determine a power availability status of the vaporizing power source for operation of at least the vaporizing component, and regulate the supply of generated power received from the associated electronic communication device provided to the vaporizing power source based on the determined power availability status. 2. The electronic vapor device of claim 1 , wherein the device processor is operable to determine, based on the determined power availability status, whether the available power supply of the vaporizing power source is sufficient for operation of the vaporizing component; and based on a determination that the available power supply of the vaporizing power source is not sufficient for operation of the vaporizing component, generating at least one power provision control signal for controlling provision of at least a portion of power supply received from the power source of the associated electronic communication device by the input/output connector to the vaporizing power source; wherein the input/output connector is operable to provide at least a portion of the received power supply from the power source of the associated electronic communication device to the vaporizing power source in accordance with the at least one power provision control signal. 3. The electronic vapor device of claim 1 , wherein based on the determined power availability status of the vaporizing power source, the device processor is operable to generate at least one power storage control signal for controlling provision of at least a portion of power supply received from the power source of the associated communication device by the input/output connector to the vaporizing power source for storage of at least a portion of the received power supply; wherein the input/output connector is operable to provide at least a portion of the received power supply from the power source of the associated communication device to the vaporizing power source in accordance with the at least one power storage control signal; and wherein the vaporizing component is operable to store at least a portion of the received power supply in accordance with the at least one power storage control signal. 4. The electronic vapor device of claim 1 , wherein the vaporizing power source is selected from the group of power sources consisting of at least one of: a battery source, a connection to an electrical power source, and combinations thereof. 5. The electronic vapor device of claim 4 wherein the battery source is selected from the group of battery sources consisting of at least one of: lithium-ion batteries, thin film lithium-ion batteries, lithium-ion polymer batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries, lead-acid batteries, and combinations thereof. 6. The electronic vapor device of claim 1 , wherein the input/output connector is selected from the group of connectors consisting of: a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port, a micro-USB port, a mini-USB port, a lightning port, a dock connector, and a wireless charging area. 7. The electronic vapor device of claim 1 , wherein the associated electronic communication device is selected from the group of electronic communication devices consisting of: a portable computing device, a smartphone, a mobile phone, a music player, and an electronic gaming device. 8. A system for operating an electronic vapor device in conjunction with an electronic communication device comprising: the electronic communication device comprising, a first processor operable for controlling the electronic communication device, an electronic communication device power source operatively coupled to the first processor and operable to generate a supply of power for at least the operation of the electronic communication device, an input/output port operatively coupled to the first processor and configured to operatively connect the first processor to the input/output connector of the electronic vapor device, wherein the input/output port is operable to transmit a power supply generated by the electronic communication device power source to the electronic vapor device; and the electronic vapor device comprising: a second processor operable for controlling the electronic vapor device, at least one container configured to store a vaporizable material, a vaporizing component operatively coupled to the second processor and controlled in part by the second processor, wherein the vaporizing component is in fluid communication with the at least one container for receiving at least a portion of the vaporizable material therefrom, wherein the vaporizing component is operable to vaporize the vaporizable material received therein, at least one vapor outlet coupled to the vaporizing component and configured to receive a vapor generated by the vaporizing component, wherein the at least one vapor outlet is operable to expel the generated vapor from the electronic vapor device, a vaporizing power source operatively coupled to the vaporizing component, wherein the vaporizing power source is operable to generate a supply of vaporizing power for operation of at least the vaporizing component, and an input/output connector operatively coupled to the second processor and configured to operatively connect the second processor to an input/output port of the electronic communication device, wherein the input/output connector is operable to receive a power supply generated by the electronic communication device power source and to transmit the received power supply to the vaporizing power source, wherein the second device processor is operable to: determine a power availability status of the vaporizing power source for operation of at least the vaporizing component, and regulate the supply of generated power received from the electronic communication device power source provided to the vaporizing power source based on the determined power availability status. 9.
