What is claimed is: 1. A secondary battery comprising: a main body including a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a cover connected to a side of the main body and including a skirt part at an eccentric location toward only one of the first and second surfaces such that the skirt part extends on only one of the first surface or the second surface and does not extend on the other of the first surface or the second surface, wherein an external terminal faces a same direction as the first surface. 2. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 1 , wherein: the cover includes an inner surface facing the main body and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, and the skirt part protrudes from the inner surface. 3. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the inner surface of the cover has an asymmetrical shape. 4. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a reverse insertion protection part is on the outer surface of the cover. 5. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the reverse insertion protection part is at an eccentric location toward one of the first and second surfaces. 6. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 5 , wherein an outer surface of the cover has an asymmetrical shape. 7. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 5 , wherein: the skirt part is at an eccentric location toward the first surface, and the reverse insertion protection part is at an eccentric location toward the second surface. 8. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 1 , wherein: the main body further includes: an electrode assembly; and a can housing the electrode assembly, and the skirt part covers a first or second surface of the can. 9. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 1 , wherein: the cover further includes: a pair of long-side surfaces extending in parallel to the first and second surfaces; and a pair of short-side surfaces alternately between the pair of long-side surfaces, and the skirt part is selectively located on only one of the long side surfaces of the pair of long-side surfaces. 10. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the skirt part comprises at least two skirt parts spaced apart from each other along only one of the long-side surfaces. 11. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising an external sheet winding around the cover and including an opening for exposing the skirt part. 12. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the external sheet covers a portion of the main body and the skirt part. 13. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the opening is selectively located in the external sheet covering the main body. 14. The secondary battery as claimed in claim 11 , wherein a plurality of skirt parts are on the cover. 15. An electronic device including a connector and the secondary battery as claimed in claim 4 , wherein: the external terminal of the secondary battery is electrically connected to the connector, and the electronic device accommodates the secondary battery in a space therein, the space being complementary in shape to the secondary battery such that the secondary battery fits in the space when one of the first surface or the second surface faces an interior of the space and does not fit in the space when the other of the first surface or the second surface faces the interior of the space due to interference by the reverse insertion protection part.
