A lens driving device including a first lens driving unit for auto focusing, and a second lens driving unit for handshake correction is proposed, the lens driving device including a base, a holder member mounted with a magnet and positioned at an upper side of the base by being spaced apart from the base at a predetermined distance, a plurality of support members configured to elastically support the holder member relative to the base, an upper stopper protrusively formed at an upper surface of the holder member, and a bottom stopper protrusively formed at a bottom surface of the holder member to form a shock point between the base and the holder member when there is generated a shock.

What is claimed is: 1. A lens driving device, comprising: a holder member; a bobbin disposed in the holder member; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the holder member; a base disposed below the holder member; a circuit board disposed on the base; an elastic member coupled with the holder member; and a support member disposed coupled with the elastic member, wherein the support member is electrically connected to the circuit board; wherein the base comprises a hole formed at a center portion of the base, a boss protruding from an upper surface of the base and a recess recessed from the upper surface of the base, wherein the circuit board comprises a first circuit board disposed on the upper surface of the base and provided with an FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board), and a second circuit board disposed on an upper surface of the first circuit board; wherein the first circuit board comprises a first hole formed at a center portion of the first circuit board, a first terminal part disposed on a lower surface of the first circuit board and to be electrically connected to the second coil of the second circuit board, and two second terminal parts configured to be electrically connected to a printed circuit board coupled with an image sensor; wherein the second circuit board comprises a second hole formed at a center portion of the second circuit board and a second coil formed with a pattern coil, wherein a first groove is formed on an inner periphery of the first hole of the first circuit board and disposed at a position corresponding to that of the boss of the base, and a second groove is formed on an inner periphery of the second hole of the second circuit board and disposed at a position corresponding to that of the boss of the base; wherein the first groove of the first circuit board and the second groove of the second circuit board comprise a shape corresponding to that of the boss of the base, wherein at least a portion of the boss of the base is disposed in the first groove of the first circuit board, wherein at least a portion of the boss of the base is disposed in the second groove of the second circuit board, wherein the recess of the base is disposed at a position corresponding to that of the first terminal part of the circuit board, wherein a ring shaped portion is formed on the upper surface of the base by a difference between a diameter of the hole of the base and a diameter of the first hole of the first circuit board when the first circuit board is disposed on the upper surface of the base, wherein at least a portion of the boss is protruded from the ring shaped portion toward an outer periphery of the second circuit board, wherein the first groove of the first circuit board is formed toward an outer periphery of the first circuit board from the inner periphery of the first hole of the first circuit board, and wherein the second groove of the second circuit board is formed toward the outer periphery of the second circuit board from the inner periphery of the second hole of the second circuit board. 2. A lens driving device, comprising: a holder member; a bobbin disposed in the holder member; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the holder member and facing the first coil; a base disposed below the holder member; a circuit board disposed on the base; an upper elastic member coupled with the holder member and the bobbin; and a support member coupled with the upper elastic member, wherein the support member is electrically connected to the circuit board; wherein the base comprises a first hole formed at a center portion of the base and a boss protruding from the upper surface of the base, wherein the circuit board comprises a second coil facing the magnet, a second hole formed at a center portion of the circuit board, and a groove; wherein the second hole of the circuit board is disposed at a position corresponding to that of the first hole of the base, wherein the groove of the circuit board is formed on an inner periphery of the second hole of the circuit board and comprises a curved shape corresponding to that of the boss of the base, wherein the boss of the base comprises a plurality of boss parts and the groove of the circuit board comprises a plurality of groove parts, wherein a ring shaped portion is formed on the upper surface of the base by a difference between a diameter of the first hole of the base and a diameter of the second hole of the circuit board when the circuit board is disposed on the upper surface of the base, and wherein at least a portion of each of the plurality of boss parts is disposed outside the ring shaped portion. 3. The lens driving device of claim 2 , wherein the circuit board comprises a first circuit board disposed on the upper surface of the base and provided with an FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board), and a second circuit board comprising the second coil formed with a pattern coil and disposed on an upper surface of the first circuit board, wherein the first circuit board comprises a first terminal part disposed on a lower surface of the first circuit board and electrically connected to the second coil of the second circuit board, and two second terminal parts configured to be electrically connected to a printed circuit board coupled with an image sensor; wherein the first terminal part of the first circuit board comprises at least eight terminals to be electrically connected to the second coil of the second circuit board by a solder, wherein the two second terminal parts of the first circuit board comprise a plurality of terminals and are disposed on two lateral surfaces of the base opposite to each other, respectively, wherein the plurality of boss parts are spaced apart from each other, and wherein at least a portion of the boss of the base is disposed in the groove of the first circuit board. 4. The lens driving device of claim 3 , further comprising a sensor coupled with the lower surface of the first circuit board, wherein the base further comprises a recess recessed from the upper surface of the base, wherein the recess of the base is disposed at a position corresponding to that of the first terminal part of the circuit board, wherein the bobbin is spaced apart from the holder member in an optical axis direction at an initial position such that the bobbin is configured to move upwardly and downwardly from the initial position, wherein the bobbin is configured to ascend from the initial position when a forward current is applied to the first coil, and the bobbin is configured to descend from the initial position when a reverse current is applied to the first coil; and wherein the upper elastic member comprises at least four upper elastic member parts, and two of the at least four upper elastic member parts are electrically connected to the first coil. 5. A lens driving device, comprising: a holder member; a bobbin disposed in the holder member; a first coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the holder member and facing the first coil; a base disposed below the holder member; a circuit board disposed on the base; an upper elastic member coupled with the holder member and the bobbin; and a support member coupled with the upper elastic member and the circuit board; wherein the base comprises a first hole formed at a center portion of the base, a lug protruding from an upper surface of the base, and a first boss protruding from the upper surface of the base and spaced apart from the lug; wherein the circuit board comprises a second coil facing the magnet, a second hole formed at a center portion of the circuit board, a third hole, and a first groove; wherein the second hole of the circuit board is disposed at a position corresponding
