What is claimed is: 1. A rise prevention device for a vehicle body, comprising: an elevation device configured to move up and down; a power base configured to move up and down on the elevation device; and a pressing device configured to move up and down, supported by the power base and configured to press against the vehicle body to prevent the vehicle body from rising, wherein the pressing device includes: a pressing part configured to move horizontally to press against the vehicle body; and a support part configured to movably support the pressing part. 2. The rise prevention device according to claim 1 , wherein the pressing part is pivotably coupled with the support part. 3. The rise prevention device according to claim 2 , wherein the support part is extendedly formed longitudinally. 4. The rise prevention device according to claim 3 , wherein the support part includes: a cylinder configured to extend horizontally and an inside thereof includes a hollow; and a piston configured to be movably inserted into the cylinder and connected to the pressing part. 5. The rise prevention device according to claim 1 , wherein the elevation device descends when the pressing part enters the vehicle body. 6. The rise prevention device according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of pressing parts are formed to press against left and right portions of the vehicle body, respectively. 7. The rise prevention device according to claim 1 , wherein the pressing part is configured to press downwardly side members of the vehicle body. 8. The rise prevention device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a bumper sensor configured to sense interference between the pressing device and a bumper of a vehicle. 9. The rise prevention device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a position sensor configured to sense a rotating degree of the pressing part. 10. The rise prevention device according to claim 1 , further comprising: an advance sensor configured to sense a horizontal distance of the support part movement.
