Two cylinder heads are disposed side by side. Upper side intake valve holes of one of the cylinder heads and upper side exhaust valve holes of the other of the cylinder heads are simultaneously machined by a multi-spindle head integrally including intake side tools and exhaust side tools. After moving the one of the cylinder heads upward by a pitch of the intake valves and moving the other of the cylinder heads upward by a pitch of the exhaust valves, remaining intake valve holes of the one of the cylinder heads and remaining exhaust valve holes of the other of the cylinder heads are simultaneously machined.

What is claimed is: 1. A clamp device comprising: a body section rotatable around a rotary shaft; a rotary unit which adjusts a position at which the body section rotates; a stopper section fixed to one end of the body section in an axial direction; an urging device which urges the body section to one side of an axial direction; and an index plate with which the stopper section comes into contact when the body section is pressed to one side in the axial direction, wherein the index plate comprises a plurality of plate sections having different thicknesses, a plurality of the plate sections being disposed on a same circumference, wherein the index plate has a penetrating section configured not to come into contact with the stopper section in the axial direction when the body section is moved by a maximum amount in the axial direction, and wherein the index plate is configured to rotate together with the body section in response to a rotation of the rotary unit in a state in which the stopper section is engaged in a circumferential direction with a wall surface, which is positioned at an end of the penetrating section in the circumferential direction. 2. The clamp device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a base; a pair of left and right column members which extends upward from the base; and an upper frame member which connects the upper portions of the column members to each other, wherein a plurality of the body sections are rotatably placed between the left and right column members. 3. The clamp device according to claim 2 , further comprising: a support plate having an annular shape, which is rotatably attached to the upper frame member, and to which the index plate is attached; and a lock portion which is fixed to the upper frame member, which fixes the support plate, and which regulates the rotation of the index plate. 4. A valve hole machining apparatus comprises the clamp device as set forth in claim 1 , wherein, the body section includes a first body section and a second body section, and the first body section and the second body section are arranged side by side; the valve hole machining apparatus further comprising: a multi-spindle tool disposed to face the first body section and the second body section, and the multi-spindle tool integrally including: a first tool which machines a first workpiece fixed on the first body section; and a second tool which machines a second workpiece fixed on the second body section, wherein the index plate includes a first index plate and a second index plate, the rotary unit includes a first rotary unit and a second rotary unit, the stopper section includes a first stopper section and a second stopper section, the first index plate, the first rotary unit and the first stopper section are corresponding to the first body section, and the second index plate, the second rotary unit and the second stopper section are corresponding to the second body section, wherein each of the first index plate and the second index plate has a penetrating section configured not to come into contact with the corresponding stopper section in the axial direction when the corresponding body section is moved by a maximum amount in the axial direction, and wherein each of the first index plate and the second index plate is configured to rotate together with the corresponding body section in response to a rotation of the corresponding rotary unit in a state in which the corresponding stopper section is engaged in a circumferential direction with a wall surface, which is positioned at an end of the penetrating section in the circumferential direction. 5. The valve hole machining apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the clamp device further comprises: a base; a pair of left and right column members which extends upward from the base; and an upper frame member which connects the upper portions of the column members to each other, and wherein the first body section and the second body section are rotatably placed between the left and right column members. 6. The valve hole machining apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the clamp device further comprising: a support plate having an annular shape, which is rotatably attached to the upper frame member, and to which the index plate is attached; and a lock portion which is fixed to the upper frame member, which fixes the support plate, and which regulates the rotation of the index plate. 7. The valve hole machining apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the first workpiece is a first cylinder head of an internal combustion engine and the second workpiece is a second cylinder head of an internal combustion engine, each of the first cylinder head and the second cylinder head includes a plurality of valve holes for attaching a plurality of valves to a plurality of cylinders, the plurality of valve holes comprises a pair of first valve holes and a pair of second valve holes in each of the plurality of cylinders, and a pitch between the pair of first valve holes is different from a pitch between the pair of second valve holes, wherein the first tool is disposed with a predetermined pitch in a predetermined direction, and the second tool is disposed with the predetermined pitch in the predetermined direction, wherein the urging device includes a first urging device and a second urging device, wherein the first urging device moves the first body section upward to the pitch between the pair of first valve holes against the multi-spindle tool after machining the first cylinder head to be formed one of the pair of first valve holes by the first tool and machining the second cylinder head to be formed one of the pair of second valve holes by the second tool, wherein the second urging device moves the second body section upward to the pitch between the pair of second valve holes against the multi-spindle tool.
