The invention claimed is: 1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound 3-amino-6-fluoro-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one or salts thereof. 2. An aqueous biological storage medium comprising a compound of claim 1 . 3. The biological storage medium of claim 2 , further comprising a salt, an amino acid, a saccharide, a vitamin, or adenosine triphosphate.
