A lens moving apparatus includes a bobbin including a first coil disposed therearound, a first magnet disposed to face the first coil, a housing for supporting the first magnet, upper and lower elastic members each coupled to both the bobbin and the housing, a base disposed to be spaced apart from the housing by a predetermined distance, a second coil disposed to face the first magnet, a printed circuit board on which the second coil is mounted, a plurality of support members, which support the housing such that the housing is movable in second and/or third directions and which connect at least one of the upper and lower elastic members to the printed circuit board, and a conductive member for conductively connecting the upper and lower elastic members.

What is claimed is: 1. A lens moving apparatus comprising: a base; a housing on the base; a bobbin disposed in the housing and comprising a first coil; a first magnet disposed to face the first coil; a housing for supporting the first magnet; an upper elastic member coupled to both the housing and the bobbin and comprising a first upper elastic member, a second upper elastic member, a third upper elastic member, and a fourth upper elastic member, which are physically separated from one another; a lower elastic member coupled to both the housing and the bobbin; a base disposed to be spaced apart from the housing; a second coil disposed to face the first magnet; a printed circuit board (PCB) on which the second coil is mounted; a sensor disposed on a lateral surface of the bobbin such that the sensor moves with the bobbin; a plurality of circuit patterns electrically connected to the upper elastic member, wherein the upper elastic member is electrically connected to the sensor via the plurality of circuit patterns; and a plurality of conductive wires connecting the upper elastic member to the PCB. 2. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of conductive wires are securely coupled to the PCB and the second coil. 3. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein a first length, that is, a length of the plurality of conductive wires, which is a distance between a lower surface of the upper elastic member and an upper surface of the lower elastic member, is shorter than a second length, that is, a length of the plurality of conductive wires, which is a distance between the lower surface of the upper elastic member and an upper surface of the PCB. 4. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the sensor is connected to at least two of the plurality of conductive wires through at least two of the upper elastic members, wherein the lower elastic member comprises first and second lower elastic members, which are separated from each other, and the first coil is connected to at least two of the plurality of conductive wires. 5. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: a second magnet disposed to face the sensor, wherein the first and second magnets are integrated with each other. 6. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: a second magnet disposed to face the first sensor, wherein the first and second magnets are separated from each other. 7. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein shapes and a number of the plurality of conductive wires have shapes that are symmetrical. 8. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of conductive wires comprises a first conductive wire electrically connecting the first upper elastic member to the PCB; a second conductive wire electrically connecting the second upper elastic member to the PCB; a third conductive wire electrically connecting the third upper elastic member to the PCB; and a fourth conductive wire electrically connecting the fourth upper elastic member to the PCB. 9. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the plurality of circuit patterns comprises a first circuit pattern, a second circuit pattern, a third circuit pattern, and a fourth circuit pattern, wherein the first upper elastic member is connected to the first circuit pattern via a first contact point, wherein the second upper elastic member is connected to the second circuit pattern via a second contact point, wherein the third upper elastic member is connected to the third circuit pattern via a third contact point, and wherein the fourth upper elastic member is connected to the fourth circuit pattern via a fourth contact point. 10. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the first upper elastic member comprises a first inner elastic unit coupled to the bobbin, a first outer elastic unit coupled to the housing, and a first connection elastic unit connecting the first inner elastic unit to the first outer elastic unit, wherein the second upper elastic member comprises a second inner elastic unit coupled to the bobbin, a second outer elastic unit coupled to the housing, and a second connection elastic unit connecting the second inner elastic unit to the second outer elastic unit, wherein the third upper elastic member comprises a third inner elastic unit coupled to the bobbin, a third outer elastic unit coupled to the housing, and a third connection elastic unit connecting the third inner elastic unit to the third outer elastic unit, wherein the fourth upper elastic member comprises a fourth inner elastic unit coupled to the bobbin, a fourth outer elastic unit coupled to the housing, and a fourth connection elastic unit connecting the fourth inner elastic unit to the fourth outer elastic unit, wherein the first contact point is disposed on the first inner elastic unit, wherein the second contact point is disposed on the second inner elastic unit, wherein the third contact point is disposed on the third inner elastic unit, and wherein the fourth contact point is disposed on the fourth inner elastic unit. 11. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the bobbin comprises a circular opening, wherein the first contact point is disposed diametrically opposite from the third contact point with respect to the opening of the bobbin, and wherein the second contact point is disposed diametrically opposite from the fourth contact point with respect to the opening of the bobbin. 12. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the first upper elastic member comprises a first inner elastic unit coupled to the bobbin, a first outer elastic unit coupled to the housing, and a first connection elastic unit connecting the first inner elastic unit to the first outer elastic unit, Wherein the first inner elastic unit comprises a first coupling region coupled to the bobbin and a second coupling region coupled to one of the plurality of circuit pattern, and wherein the second coupling region is extended from the first coupling region. 13. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the first contact point, the second contact point, the third contact point, and the fourth contact point are all disposed at an outer surface of the bobbin. 14. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein each of the first contact point, the second contact point, the third contact point, and the fourth contact point is a solder point. 15. The lens moving apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of circuit patterns is disposed on an outer side surface of the bobbin. 16. A camera module, comprising: the lens moving apparatus of claim 1 ; a lens barrel coupled to the bobbin; an image sensor; and a sensor printed circuit board mounted with the image sensor. 17. A phone, comprising: the camera module of claim 16 ; and a controller controlling a distance between the lens mounted on the bobbin and the image sensor.
