One object is to provide an electron beam sterilization apparatus for sterilizing a preform product (P) by applying an electron beam while conveying the preform product (P), the apparatus comprising: an input star wheel ( 21 ) configured to convey the preform product (P) in a circular path; and an outer-surface electron beam application device and an inner-surface electron beam application device configured to apply an electron beam to the preform product (P) being conveyed by the input star wheel ( 21 ). A blocking short tube ( 31 ) is provided on a lower surface of the star wheel plate ( 22 ) of the input star wheel ( 21 ) so as to block radioactive rays produced by application of the electron beam and surround a central axis ( 1 v ) of the input star wheel ( 21 ). The blocking short tube ( 31 ) includes a ventilation space ( 34 ) formed therein.

What is claimed is: 1. An electron beam sterilization apparatus for sterilizing a container by applying an electron beam while conveying the container, the apparatus comprising: a rotation conveyor plate configured to convey the container in a circular path wherein an electron beam is not applied to the container; and an electron beam application device installed separately from the rotation conveyor plate configured to apply the electron beam to the container being conveyed by the rotation conveyor plate, wherein a tubular blocking member is provided on a lower surface of the rotation conveyor plate so as to block radioactive rays produced by application of the electron beam and surround a central axis of the rotation conveyor plate, and wherein the tubular blocking member includes a ventilation space formed therein. 2. The electron beam sterilization apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the tubular blocking member includes a plurality of arcuate blocking plates, and the plurality of arcuate blocking plates overlap each other in a region as viewed from the central axis of the rotation conveyor plate. 3. The electron beam sterilization apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the ventilation space is formed between the plurality of arcuate blocking plates. 4. The electron beam sterilization apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: an input tube for putting in the container from outside, the input tube being made of a material blocking the radioactive rays, and the input tube having an opening formed therein for transferring the container to the rotation conveyor plate; and a blocking roof extending from the opening of the input tube toward the rotation conveyor plate so as to block the radioactive rays. 5. An electron beam sterilization apparatus for sterilizing a container by applying an electron beam while conveying the container, the apparatus comprising: a rotation conveyor plate configured to convey the container in a circular path to a sterilization chamber, wherein an electron beam is not applied to the container in the circular path; and an electron beam application device separated from the rotation conveyor plate and installed in the sterilization chamber, the electron beam application device being configured to apply the electron beam to the container being conveyed by the rotation conveyor plate, wherein a tubular blocking member is provided on a lower surface of the rotation conveyor plate so as to block radioactive rays produced by application of the electron beam and surround a central axis of the rotation conveyor plate, and wherein the tubular blocking member includes a ventilation space formed therein. 6. An electron beam sterilization apparatus for sterilizing a container by applying an electron beam while conveying the container, the apparatus comprising: a rotation conveyor plate configured to convey the container in a circular path from a sterilization chamber, wherein an electron beam is not applied to the container in the circular path; and an electron beam application device separated from the rotation conveyor plate and installed in the sterilization chamber, the electron beam application device being configured to apply the electron beam to the container being conveyed by the rotation conveyor plate, wherein a tubular blocking member is provided on a lower surface of the rotation conveyor plate so as to block radioactive rays produced by application of the electron beam and surround a central axis of the rotation conveyor plate, and wherein the tubular blocking member includes a ventilation space formed therein.
