The composition of claim 1 , wherein the terpene or terpenoid comprises myrcene or menthol. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the cannabinoid comprises THC. 4. The composition of claim 3 , wherein the THC is in an amount between about 0.1% and about 3%. 5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the cannabinoid comprises THCa. 6. The composition of claim 5 , wherein the THCa is in an amount between about 0.1% and about 3%. 7. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the cannabinoid comprises CBD. 8. The composition of claim 7 , wherein the CBD is in an amount between about 0.1% and about 3%. 9. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the cannabinoid comprises CBDa. 10. The composition of claim 9 , wherein the CBDa is in an amount between 0.1% and about 3%. 11. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the cannabinoid comprises THCv, CBN, or CBC in an amount of between about 0.1% and about 3%. 12. A method for treating a patient suffering from a condition selected from the group consisting of pain, nausea and emesis, convulsions, muscle spasm, inflammation, depression, and cachexia comprising administering the composition of claim 1 . 13. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the water is in the amount of 10% by weight of the organogel. 14. The composition of claim 1 , wherein at least 60% of the cannabinoid is delivered across the skin after 12 hours.
