A content management server extracts an incident video and incident information corresponding to prescribed key information related to the incident information, and sends the extracted information to a center device. A center device superimposes video attribute information related to an incident video on map information based on positional information of an imaging place of the incident video included in the incident information in the incident video display screen, displays the video attribute information in the imaging place on the map of the map information, and reproduces and displays the incident video corresponding to the video attribute information in a case where a video reproduction instruction is given by a user.

What is claimed is: 1. A monitoring system to which a server device for recording an imaging video related to an incident and a client device that includes a display for displaying the imaging video are coupled, wherein the server device, in operation: associates the imaging video with incident information; and records the imaging video as an incident video in a storage, and extracts the incident video and the incident information corresponding to prescribed key information related to the incident information in response to a request, that includes the key information, from the client device, and sends the incident video and the incident information to the client device, the key information being at least one of a search word input by a user, information about an investigation target or an incident number, and wherein the client device, in operation: receives the incident video and the incident information which are sent from the server device, displays on the display an incident video display screen for displaying a plurality of incident videos corresponding to the prescribed key information, and superimposes video attribute information related to the extracted incident video on map information based on positional information of an imaging place of the incident video included in the incident information in the incident video display screen, displays the video attribute information in the imaging place on the map information, and reproduces and displays the incident video corresponding to the video attribute information when a video reproduction instruction is given by a user. 2. The monitoring system of claim 1 , wherein the client device arranges and displays a plurality of pieces of video attribute information on the map information in the incident video display screen. 3. The monitoring system of claim 1 , wherein the client device acquires path information of a movement locus of a person corresponding to the prescribed key information, and displays the movement locus on the map information in the incident video display screen. 4. The monitoring system of claim 1 , wherein the client device displays a thumbnail image related to the incident video as the video attribute information on the map information in the incident video display screen. 5. The monitoring system of claim 1 , wherein the client device displays an enlarged display video acquired by enlarging a part of the incident video in the incident video display screen. 6. A monitoring method in a monitoring system to which a server device for recording an imaging video related to an incident and a client device that includes a display for displaying the imaging video are coupled, the monitoring method comprising: causing the server device: to associate the imaging video with incident information; and to record the imaging video as an incident video in a storage, and to extract the incident video and the incident information corresponding to prescribed key information related to the incident information in response to a request, that includes the key information, from the client device, and to send the incident video and the incident information to the client device, the key information being at least one of a search word input by a user, information about an investigation target or an incident number; and causing the client device: to receive the incident video and the incident information which are sent from the server device, to display on the display an incident video display screen for displaying a plurality of incident videos corresponding to the prescribed key information, and to superimpose video attribute information related to the extracted incident video on map information based on positional information of an imaging place of the incident video included in the incident information in the incident video display screen, to display the video attribute information in the imaging place on the map information, and to reproduce and display the incident video corresponding to the video attribute information when a video reproduction instruction is given by a user.
