The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting multiplexed HARQ feedbacks in a carrier aggregation system, the method comprising: configuring a first cell with PUCCH resource and a second cell with PUCCH resource; configuring zero or more third cells without PUCCH resource; generating a first HARQ feedback by multiplexing HARQ feedbacks of all HARQ processes of the first cell and third cells associated with the first cell; generating a second HARQ feedback by multiplexing HARQ feedbacks of all HARQ processes of the second cell and third cells associated with the second cell; and transmitting the first HARQ feedback on the first cell with PUCCH resource and the second HARQ feedback on the second cell with PUCCH resource.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for a User Equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving information for configuring a second Secondary Cell (SCell) in which a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource is not configured; and transmitting a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) feedback of the second SCell to a first SCell configured with PUCCH resource or a Primary Cell (PCell) according to whether or not an indication indicating that the HARQ feedback is to be sent on the first SCell is received with the information, wherein if the indication is received with the information, transmitting the HARQ feedback is transmitted to the first SCell, and wherein if the indication is not received with the information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted to a Primary Cell (PCell). 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein when the UE configures the second SCell in which the PUCCH resource is not configured, the UE receives configuration information for configuring the first SCell configured with the PUCCH resource if the indication is received with the information. 3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the PCell and the first SCell belong to an enhanced-NodeB (eNB). 4. A User Equipment (UE) operating in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising: a Radio Frequency (RF) module; and a processor configured to: control the RF module to receive information for configuring a second Secondary Cell (SCell) in which a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource is not configured; and control the RF module to transmit a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) feedback of the second SCell to a first SCell configured with a PUCCH resource or a Primary Cell (PCell) according to whether or not an indication indicating that the HARQ feedback is to be sent on the first SCell is received with the information, wherein if the indication is received with the information, transmitting the HARQ feedback is transmitted to the first SCell, and wherein if the indication is not received with the information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted to a Primary Cell (PCell). 5. The UE according to claim 4 , wherein when the processor configures the second SCell in which the PUCCH resource is not configured, the processor receives configuration information for configuring the first SCell configured with the PUCCH resource if the indication is received with the information. 6. The UE according to claim 4 , wherein the PCell and the first SCell belong to an enhanced-NodeB (eNB). 7. The method according to claim 1 , wherein if the indication is received with the information, the HARQ feedback corresponds to a first HARQ feedback by multiplexing HARQ feedbacks of all HARQ processes of the first SCell with the PUCCH resource and the second SCell, and wherein if the indication is not received with the information, the HARQ feedback corresponds to a second HARQ feedback by multiplexing HARQ feedbacks of all HARQ processes of the PCell and the second SCell. 8. The UE according to claim 4 , wherein if the indication is received with the information, the HARQ feedback corresponds to a first HARQ feedback by multiplexing HARQ feedbacks of all HARQ processes of the first SCell with the PUCCH resource and the second SCell, and wherein if the indication is not received with the information, the HARQ feedback corresponds to a second HARQ feedback by multiplexing HARQ feedbacks of all HARQ processes of the PCell and the second SCell.
