What is claimed is: 1. A method of treating cancer comprising administering to a human subject a therapeutically effective amount of a first agent that is a cyclin dependent kinase 4 or cyclin dependent kinase 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor and a therapeutically effective amount of a second agent that is a PI3Kinase inhibitor, wherein the cancer is breast cancer or colon cancer. 2. The method of claim 1 wherein the first agent is Compound A described by Formula A: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second agent is Compound B1 described by Formula B1: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second agent is Compound B2 described by Formula B2: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 5. The method of claim 1 wherein the cancer is colon cancer. 6. The method of claim 1 wherein the cancer is breast cancer. 7. The method of claim 6 wherein the breast cancer is ER positive breast cancer. 8. The method of claim 6 wherein the breast cancer is Her2 positive breast cancer. 9. The method of claim 6 wherein the breast cancer is PI3K mutated breast cancer.
