A polyester resin composition including a ketene imine compound represented by the Formula (1) and polyester shows excellent hydrolysis resistance and prevents yellowing. At least one of R 11 , R 12 , R 21 and R 22 represents an alkyl, aryl, alkoxy or aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 and R 25 represent an alkyl, aryl, alkoxy or aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 3 represents an alkyl or aryl group which may have a substituent; and a and b represent an integer of 0 to 3.

What is claimed is: 1. A polyester resin composition including a ketene imine compound represented by the following Formula (1) and polyester: wherein, in Formula (1), at least one of R 11 , R 12 , R 21 , and R 22 each independently represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 and R 25 each independently represent an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 11 , R 12 , or R 15 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 21 , R 22 , or R 25 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 3 represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl group which may have a substituent; and a and b each independently represent an integer of 0 to 3. 2. A polyester resin composition including a ketene imine compound represented by the following Formula (2) and polyester: wherein, in Formula (2), at least one of R 11 , R 12 , R 21 , and R 22 each independently represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 and R 25 each independently represent an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 11 , R 12 , or R 15 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 21 , R 22 , or R 25 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 3 represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl group which may have a substituent; a represents an integer of 0 to 2; b represents an integer of 0 to 3; n represents an integer of 2 to 4; and L 1 represents an n valent linking group. 3. A polyester resin composition including a ketene imine compound represented by the following Formula (3-1) and polyester: wherein, in Formula (3-1), at least one of R 11 , R 12 , and R 22 each independently represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 and R 25 each independently represent an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 11 , R 12 , or R 15 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 22 or R 25 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 3 represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl group which may have a substituent; a and b each independently represent an integer of 0 to 3; n represents an integer of 2 to 4; and L 2 represents an n valent linking group. 4. A polyester resin composition including a ketene imine compound represented by the following Formula (3-2) and polyester: wherein, in Formula (3-2), at least one of R 11 , R 12 , R 21 , and R 22 each independently represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 and R 25 each independently represent an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 11 , R 12 , or R 15 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 21 or R 25 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 3 represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl group which may have a substituent; a represents an integer of 0 to 2; b represents an integer of 0 to 3; n represents an integer of 2 to 4; and L 2 represents an n valent linking group. 5. A polyester resin composition including a ketene imine compound represented by the following Formula (2) and polyester: wherein, in Formula (2), at least one of R 11 , R 12 , R 21 , and R 22 each independently represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 and R 25 each independently represent an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 11 , R 12 , or R 15 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 21 , R 22 , or R 25 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 3 represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl group which may have a substituent; a represents an integer of 0 to 2; b represents an integer of 0 to 3; n represents an integer of 2 to 4; and L 1 represents an n valent linking group, wherein the ketene imine compound is represented by the following Formula (4): wherein, in Formula (4), at least one of R 21 and R 22 each independently represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 and R 25 each independently represent an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent, or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent; R 15 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 21 , R 22 , or R 25 may form a condensed ring by the substituents adjacent to each other; R 3 represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent or an aryl group which may have a substituent; a represents an integer of 0 to 2; b represents an integer of 0 to 5; n represents an integer of 2 to 4; and L 1 represents an n valent linking group. 6. The polyester resin composition according to claim 5 , wherein at least one of R 21 and R 22 in the Formula (4) represents an alkoxy group which may have a substituent or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent. 7. The polyester resin composition according to claim 5 , wherein R 22 in the Formula (4) represents an alkoxy group which may have a substituent or an aryloxy group which may have a substituent. 8.
