What is claimed is: 1. A method of treating an oil and/or gas well having a wellbore, comprising: injecting a solution comprising an emulsion or a microemulsion into the wellbore, wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises: a surfactant, wherein the surfactant comprises a nonionic, an anionic or a cationic surfactant, wherein the cationic surfactant comprises a quaternary ammonium salt; and a first solvent; and a silicone solvent; wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises a surfactant, a first solvent, and a silicone solvent, wherein the silicone solvent is a volatile linear or cyclic siloxane having the chemical formula (CH 3 ) 3 SiO—((CH 3 ) 2 SiO) n —Si(CH 3 ) 3 or cyclic [(CH 3 ) 2 SiO] m —, wherein n is 0 to 5 and m is 4 or 5, wherein each R is the same or different and is an organic group, wherein the silicone solvent has a molecular weight of less than about 800 g/mol, wherein the surfactant comprises a nonionic, an anionic, or a cationic surfactant, wherein the cationic surfactant comprises a quaternary ammonium salt. 2. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the silicone solvent is selected from the group consisting of hexamethyldisiloxane, octamethyltrisiloxane, decamethyltetrasiloxane, 2.0 cSt trimethylsiloxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 3.0 cSt trimethylsiloxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 5.0 cSt trimethylsiloxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and other oligomeric methylated siloxanes. 3. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion is diluted and/or combined with a fluid prior to and/or during injection. 4. The method as in claim 3 , comprising injecting the solution comprising the emulsion or the microemulsion into the wellbore in a fracturing process and/or a stimulation process. 5. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion further comprises a co-solvent and the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises between about 3 wt % and about 50 wt % of the combination of the first solvent and the silicone solvent, between about 5 wt % and about 45 wt % of the co-solvent, and between about 10 wt % and about 50 wt % of the surfactant, versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 6. The method as in claim 5 , wherein the co-solvent is selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, triethylene glycol, and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether. 7. The method as in claim 5 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises the co-solvent in an amount between about 5 wt % and about 35 wt % versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 8. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises the first solvent and the silicone solvent in an amount between about 3 wt % and about 50-wt % versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 9. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the ratio of the first solvent and the silicone solvent present in the emulsion or the microemulsion composition is between about 10:0.1 to about 10:4. 10. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the first solvent comprises a terpene. 11. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the first solvent comprises octane. 12. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises the surfactant in an amount between about 15 wt % and about 30 wt % versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 13. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises a first type of surfactant and a second type of surfactant. 14. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises an alcohol. 15. The method as in claim 14 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises between about 1 wt % and about 50 wt % alcohol versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 16. The method as in claim 14 , wherein the alcohol comprises isopropanol. 17. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises a freezing point depression agent. 18. The method as in claim 17 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises a first type of freezing point depression agent and a second type of freezing point depression agent. 19. The method as in claim 17 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises between about 0 wt % and about 25 wt % freezing point depression agent versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 20. The method as in claim 17 , wherein the freezing point depression agent comprises an alkylene glycol, an alcohol, and/or a salt. 21. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion includes a water continuous phase. 22. The method as in claim 1 , wherein the silicone solvent has a molecular weight of less than about 550 g/mol.
